It's Malware! Contains password keyloggers and a trojan version of Unity reportedly capable of thwarting some 2FA schemas... Keys for this are being sent out via hacked and compromised Discord accounts, and the bad actors are doing a shockingly good job of pretending/matching the tone and content of the indie developers whose credentials got hijacked.
I've been playing heavily to this game before the release on multiple patches. This game is my first in this type but I must say I'm addicted. It's simple, good looking, quick to understand, but yet you'll want to get as far as you can in the game. I have fun playing with all the characters and items, creating different gameplays, always trying another gear. The creator and I have been in touch since I've started playing, and I must say that he is very involved. He takes every bit of feedack in account, to make sure the game is enjoyable and balanced. I'm really sad that the launch of Dunjumb got shadowed by the fact the creator got his Steam account hacked, letting the hacker upload a malware in the game files. Hopefully, this is now only history, as everything has been cleared since the First of January. I want to thank Steam for their responsiveness on this case, and I want to thank Yelarch for this game. I know for sure that the next patched will be packed with good content, and I really look forward to how the game will grow.
The Dev has pulled through! Despite this game's very rocky start, the developer of the game finally pulled through into getting his steam account back and putting up the actually game. I ask those who left reviews saying the game is malware to retract their earlier statements and see that the game is finally playable and contains no malicious files whatsoever. With that said, the game overall game is fun and I'm really happy to get play the full version. I wasted hours playing the original demo off itch and enjoyed this little roguelike indie game the developer came up with. It is fun and encourage others to give it a shot.
After all the controversy with the game being hacked, turns out the game is just an okay Brotato/Vampire Survivors clone, certainly not bad and I've spent $3 on worse, but it's not that great, just pretty alright
Even though I've received this for free because of the incident this game had, playing this now i would instantly buy it when i have the money, this game is an unironically good survivors like, very addicting i recommend you purchase
