About
Players will encounter a large cast of characters—adventurers, wanderers, mercenaries, scholars, and misfits—each with their own personalities, skills, and reasons for braving the depths. Some join the party, some offer help, and some simply try to survive. None of them are tied to politics, religion, or real‑world issues; they exist purely to enrich the adventure and keep the focus on exploration, strategy, and discovery. Very light on story, focused on exploration and battle.
The dungeon itself is the heart of the game:
Dark, oppressive halls lit only by flickering torches
Monsters that grow more cunning and vicious the deeper you go
Hidden rooms, traps, puzzles, and treasures waiting for the observant
A sense of danger and mystery that never lets up
The tone is straightforward, adventurous, and nostalgic—something that feels like it could have sat on a shelf next to the RPGs a dad might have played in the ’80s or ’90s. No agendas, no heavy themes—just pure dungeon‑delving fun, built on exploration, party strategy, and the satisfaction of conquering the unknown.

WOW!! What a GEM this one is!! It starts a little slow seeming a bit simple, but oh MAN does it pick up as you move down levels!! Coolest dungeon design I've seen in a LONG while guys, this one is surrious!! :) Hope you guys enjoy it and thanks 2 the devs 4 making such a gem!! God Bless and Praise The Lord yall! <3
Unfortunately, this is just not a fun game. Most of the modern titles of this kind make moving around the map fun, because you can tell where you're going. You can easily get back to town as well. Not in this game. The map's absolutely pointless, and the only way to get back home is to take shortcuts from certain zones in certain floors. You also can't create your own characters, you get to hire some specific guys and girls with predetermined skills... The gearing, so far (level 30) has been really uninspired, just stat sticks. The combat is one of the better parts of the game, but because everything else sucks so much, I just don't see myself playing any more of it. Sad times, since I usually really enjoy this type of games.

Fun old school game. Reveals new features and classes the deeper I go.
*edit* Final thoughts after beating the game. Maybe when new game plus is implemented I'll revisit but I played on veteran and my last save is after a point of no return and I'm not going to replay the whole level (a couple hours) just to try the new characters I got on the final floor. Fun game for what it is would give overall experience 7/10 could be 9/10 once all the bugs and the general experience is smoothed out. Overall, really enjoyed it just tappered off a bit at the end and felt a bit abrupt. Its also that most things before that actually exceeded my expectations (or was willing to put up with some things for that next hit of a new discovery like a skill, unique party member or generally well thought-out event) and the end doesn't keep up that quality or experience IMO. Its a little unsatisfying, this is a good to decent game here but it could be a great game. To the Dev: Thanks for making it, I hope more people discover this hidden gem. Original thoughts: Pretty enjoyeable dungeon crawler. Very compelling design, there are a lot of "hidden"features here discovereable classes and bonuses and suprising amount of mechanical and lore depth for a $6 (about 5 right now) game. There is little story which is in line with its inspirations but what is there is effectively written. I'm also a sucker for well done pixelated graphics. This is the best of that 32 bit pixel graphics style a la best of ps1 and ps2 graphics. Yep dad-era dungeon crawler indeed... *edit* read Wizard worm's review don't agree with Wizard Worm's take at all that this is a JRPG. Wizardry is very western in origin and this game emulates that and borrows from other inspirations, if anything the JRPGS he references all took inspiration from Wizardry from 1981,there's also more like the earlier Oubliette and DND the (video game) and then the pen and paper rpg system of DND before all of that - wizardry was inspired by DND. This is not a "western rpgs are better situation" its just about recognizing what came first. JRPGS are awesome they often were inspired by western games or media (the developers often admit this) and are also their own thing to be appreciated. Western rpgs have also borrowed from jrpgs as well so it comes full circle and we can love all of it without misrepresenting what happened.
So far, I am really enjoying it. It's a simple concept but very effective. I like the character models and right now my party is entirely bears and hot dudes, so nice job there. I would love if I could also change my player character's profile since I named her a female name before realizing I couldn't. I love how you feel stronger when you move through the dungeon. I was able to get my party to level 5 pretty quickly and I already felt like I was stomping the monsters on the first floor inside of 20 minutes. That felt good. I like how you can find stuff everywhere like in pots and boxes. The only thing that really seemed to hinder me a bit was movement. It felt a bit like moving against a current or through mud and that was a bit odd. I would also love the ability to slow down or speed up the mouse pointer/camera turning speed. Anyway - you can't even buy a sandwich these days for five dollars, so this was a nice treat. Again, love the bears.
Awesome game! Hidden gem! Can improve if the dev decides to fix the movement, give us the option to create our character and the portrait and improve the maps by signaling the doors ,wells, stairs etc! One of the best grid move dungeon crawlers i've played!
A yesteryear dungeon dive, with a terrible map and plenty of grinding! I'm hooked!
Overally i did enjoy the game, i think combat system is best part of the game, doesnt slide into repetetive grind. Enemy ability and mechanics variety is pretty good. Exploration is ok, but a bit worse then combat quality. Minimap is a bit odd, you dont get to see geometry, just unexplored spots and traps/chest/doors. You get overall map on normal difficulty, but it doesnt mark door/chests etc - unless your really good in remembering dungeon layouts id reccomend not to go veteran mode just for overall map.
