Dungeon Divers is a dungeon-themed roguelike puzzle game about clearing derelict dungeons. As the newest employee of Dungeon Divers Inc., you must advance through multiple levels, use your wits, and tools you acquire along the way to get to the core to defuse it and bring home the cash.
With nearly a dozen different types of rooms to disarm each with their own conditions, quirks, and logic to solve what starts off as a simple task will become increasingly complex and difficult to decipher. Choose carefully as you only have a finite number of tries before your mission is deemed a failure.
As you progress through the dungeon you're clearing, objects of power may be uncovered to assist in your journey. Some simply help you survive mistakes, other may grant you the ability to uncover vital clues for your efforts, and some grant you extra riches. Choose wisely as you can only carry so many artifacts at once.
No two dungeons share the same layout. Procedural generation means that every delve is different providing countless hours of entertainment as you clear level after level.

if you're addicted to minesweeper, picross and the like, and have been wanting to REALLY challenge your intuition and ability for finding secret rooms in isaac, this is the game for you. idk how many people that applies to, but it sure scratches that itch for me as perfectly as i am at finding outsider rooms wait no that's a bad analogy...

Awesome game and super fun game, requires big brain as well. I also highly suggest it to newcomers of binding of isaac as the common and super secret rooms follow the same exact spawning criteria as the ones in tboi.
"Dungeon Divers Prologue" is not really a game, it's an advertisement for another game called "Dungeon Divers", which is kind of like a hybrid of Minesweeper (a free game) and Hack (a free game), but they want money for it. Which is besides the point, it's not really appropriate to discuss Dungeon Divers in any depth here, because this is not Dungeon Divers, this is an advertisement for that game (which I wouldn't recommend because of the dumbed down gameplay and crappy pixel art). This is only free in the same way that adverts on Youtube and banner ads in your browser are. This is a game demo that's been dumped on Steam to advertise another Steam store page in the hopes of raking in some cash. Just because advertisements are free, doesn't mean they're worth your time. It's important to understand there's a formal process to create a demo/page for a game which hasn't been followed here: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/store/application/demos While it might seem like an inocuous mistake, publishing demos and advertisements as if they are full games is misleading and in some ways harmful. This advertisement is taking up marketing space and visibility that would be better made available to a developer that's done the right thing and created a full game. Instead, that visibility is given over to a demo/advert that's been published incorrectly and is polluting the marketplace. It's unclear if this mistake was made through incompetence or a deliberate intent to mislead gamers. Often developers may choose to incorrectly publish demo/advertisements as separate games as a cheap way to bypass paying Valve for marketing presence on the Steam front page, which may seem clever to them, but it's harmful behaviour and it's not good for gamers. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off. If you want advertising, Youtube is right there for you, and you don't have to go through the trouble of adding those adverts to your Steam Library and downloading them first, like you do with this one.
There are two things you'll get better at by playing this game: - Finding people's panic rooms in their house IRL. - Finding hostages or the bomb during the drone phase of Rainbow Six: Siege.
Many 50/50s.
Crying baby game has prepared me for this
