Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Jul 30 → 2.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

drug deal simulator 1 was 4x better
Worse than the first in every way.

Good Things:

The drug making is pretty greatly made
Entertaining in some points
Funny dialogues and characters
FIRE OST, SRSLY SELL THE OST PLEASE
The negotiating part is a cool concept but badly executed

Regular/Bad Things:

Needs way too much optimization, unreal sucks
The game is way too tedious, with the limit of purchase and most places needing physical money instead of using checks.
Combat is pretty ass.
Vehicles run decent but consume way too much gas for them to be worth
The game feels like it got longer but some gameplay mechanics feel like they got half done.
No guns in a drug infested island? yeah sure
The passive money gain from the hideouts are only manageable in some parts of the island, yet every source of passive money gain is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE and generates WAY TOO little money, and not even every second, every 5 seconds for 75B after expending 120KB is way too cheap.
No other capacity of inversement apart from the hideout thing.
No line of suppliers or anything like that to ease the quantity of useless trips
You can get tons of clients but only have dealers in some parts of the zone, so if i get like 25 clients i can do 5 dealers in 5 set locations (that's ok) but once you get more clients, and there are no spots left you can't do anything.
Dialogues get way too repetitive.
The game is nearly 25€.
No ease of transport, just get a car and you can travel to specific points in the map, same with the bus
Stacks of items are way too few, chocolate "bags" stack for 2, chocolate bars for 5 and gas tanks ocupy 1 slot EACH no matter the size.
Even though you have a drug empire the management is the lesser part of the game
The recipes can only be obtain through crime, even though you have the biggest drug empire you need to steal?, even when some of your bussiness friends already know how to make those drugs?

Conclusion:

Just wait for a huge sale and get Schedule 1, or buy the original Drug Dealer Simulator

I think this is a pretty good game. In my opinion it is easier than the first game, because I got them in a pack and played them both, but the first game didn't catch me enough. The progression is a little bit slow, but with my slow playstyle this is good. The game is a bit complicated at first, but you can get used to it. The storyline and maybe progression line is a bit short - at least at the ending I would have played the story further. The product making is enjoyable, but you have to make a half world tour in the end, if you want to make every type of product. Now you can grow mushroom at home, that update made the game much enjoyable. I play it on geforce now so I don't experience if it is laggy, buggy or anything. The graphics are good.
Walking simulator
Played it a short time, too complicated, not a lot fun. I have to say the graphics are good. But now copying schedule 1 with the casino and other things is bs
Just avoid this and hope that DDS3 will redeem the series. Just not as good as it needed to be to be DDS2. The mechanics are shallow and the drug mixes really don't matter. Dilute the hell out of it if you want and it'll still sell. There are some good things in the mix but not enough to justify buying the game. Incredibly disappointing after loving the mess that was DDS1. They had a really reasonable recipe for a good game and somehow landed on this. I love the mechanics of growing your own drugs and shipping money around and whatnot. I really enjoyed finding shrooms in the wild and making a run purely based off of doing only that, but it wasn't enough to breathe any life into the game.
