About
Drowse is an indie psychological horror game set in the 1990s, where grief, loneliness, and memory slowly twist into something far more unsettling.
You play as Bryan, a man whose life has felt painfully hollow ever since the loss of his dog — his best friend, Oxmo.
Crushed by isolation, exhausted by work, and waiting for his antidepressants to finally take effect, Bryan does what he can every day: live, function, endure… or simply survive.
You wish the whole world would forget you exist.
But a coworker is counting on you.
A simple favor.
A few copies to print.
Nothing more.
Wander through rooms, places, and fragments of the past. Observe carefully. Try to remember what you came here to do.
After all, you only have a few pages to print.
But something feels wrong.
Was that object always there?
Have you seen this place before?
Are these memories really yours?
A short, atmospheric psychological horror experience
A 1990s-inspired setting built around loneliness, grief, and routine
Environmental storytelling through strange rooms, familiar objects, and distorted memories
A slow-burning sense of unease
A personal story about loss, depression, and the fear of being forgotten
Find your way through your memories.
And escape them, if you can.
