A man embarks on a journey toward the top of a mountain, to discover the truth of his existence. Along the way, he ponders the nature of life itself. Drizzlepath: Deja Vu is a spiritual revisitation of Tonguç Bodur's very first game, Drizzlepath.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 10 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

"The wordiness of the narrations leaves one to believe that their meaning is vapid." Meh...if you want pretty pictures for a few bucks, have fun. I'd wait for it to go on sale, though.
Le jeu ne vaut pas 3,99€, cependant les graphismes sont très très beau
Beautiful landscapes, but it all gets ruined by what feels like ai generated story elements. I think i also lost my way after the giant toad as i found myself traveling back to where i came from.

I’m not usually a fan of pure walking sims, so this type of game isn’t really my thing. However, I found it more entertaining than Dear Esther. The graphics are much better, and there are some truly beautiful parts. One section, in particular, reminded me of Thomas Kinkade's paintings, with the way the light was handled. There's also a surprising horror segment that I really enjoyed, as I’m a fan of horror. The narrator is still a bit ignorable, like in Dear Esther, but at least she has a nice voice. As for the story—if there is one—I have no idea what it is, but overall, it was an interesting experience.
I consider myself to have a very high tolerance for narrative adventure games (walking simulators). This game was recommended to me as a great example of one of those, and I regret to say that I think this helped me realize the limits of that tolerance. To me, the best Walking Simulators out there are games that place you in an environment that you want to explore as you witness a story unfold with characters that you care about. Initially, I wondered if my distaste for this game was coming from the fact that the environments are so big and spread out when so many of my favorite walking simulators take place is more limited, claustrophobic settings. After finishing this game, though, I realized that this is simply not the case. Drizzlepath: Deja Vu has the appearance of a walking simulator but, upon closer inspection, it lacks all of the things that make the genre interesting. Throughout the entire short runtime I was begging for the game to just give me something to do. Anything. Let me jump. Let me pick things up and look at them. Something. Anything. This game lacks characters, a story, and any kind of interactive elements. The environments are pretty, sure, but they are not interesting. I'm not trying to say that it is impossible to make a game like this with a narrator and heavy philosophical themes. Look at The Beginner's Guide or When The Darkness Comes. Obviously, being the 10th game from this creator, there is an audience for these games. I am glad for the creator and for the people that enjoy these, because I do not enjoy talking badly about games. Especially games that aspire to be artistic and thought-provoking. For me, though, there is just nothing here to latch onto, and nothing here for me to recommend.
