Me la he pasado muy bien desde que conocí este juego, a aunque la dificultad si es elevada y me faltan 3 de los más difíciles logros para platinarlo. Me retiro satisfecho, sabiendo que disfrute y mejore mucho en este juego. P.D:. El logro de flawless, técnicamente lo conseguí pero el juego como que se bugueo porque no me lo dió.

Fantastiskt charmigt tecknad grafik av den gamla skolan. Körde detta aldrig som liten. Har inte åldrats särskilt väl mekaniskt. Många buggar och spelet går snabbare än tänkt vilket gör att promtsen på vad man ska trycka inte hänger med. Leder till många onödiga dödsfall. Spännande historia som man inte riktigt hänger med i när man behöver följa promtsen. En spelgenomgång räckte för min del. Men hög nostalgi i en charmig story om en hopplös riddare som ska rädda en vacker prinsessa. Får mig att sakna gamla filmer från barndomen.

The actual game is a masterpiece, but it's crazy how many bugs and softlocks this port has. Miserable.

I'm sure this has been a revolutionary concept in the arcade back in the 80s, but either my reaction times are way too slow, or Dirk the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ just doesn't want to do what he's supposed to, most likely the former. Either way, i can't say it has aged well with its gameplay (if you can call it that, for how minimal it is), and i think this was simply just meant for the arcade machines and not home computers. Perhaps it would be more playable with a joystick, but i don't have one, so i wouldn't know. It's practically an interactive film where you have to click the right direction or attack at a very precise timing. Granted, idk if i really should be giving it a negative review because i knew what i was getting and therefore i'm criticising the game for what it's supposed to be. So, to sum it up, seemed like an interesting idea, but i can't say i'm good at it, nor that i have too much motivation to keep trying. It's interesting and inventive for sure, but not for me. However, if that sounds like your kinda thing, then you might want to grab it and give it a try. At least it's guaranteed to be better than that garbage that was the NES version of the game, that i also haven't played, and never will, the AVGN episodes told me enough.

Loved it! Nastalgia. Played it when I was a kid!
