This is my all-time favorite Dragon Ball game. Hands down, no questions asked. In spite of the missing characters and maps from the prior games, and the lackluster Story Mode, I still find this game enjoyable, for both casuals and hardcore players, as a well-made modernized version of the Dragon Ball Budokai Tenkaichi/Sparking! series. Online multiplayer, a massive cast of fan favorite characters and some not-so fan favorites, tons and tons of hidden and niche mechanics, and some extra modes that allow for extra rewards and playtime.

Cool Dragon Ball game but with major performance problems. THE GOOD: -It's Budokai Tenkaichi 3 but wih more characters. -New moves to try (like reflecting Kamehamehas and such). -You have story modes for around 5 different characters, which makes it different to experience the DB story. There's also "what if" situations that you can play. THE BAD: -For some reason, runs worse than games like Resident Evil 2 & 3, specially the menus and 3d cutscenes. I even have problems playing it with a Steam Deck. All my quality settings are at "LOW", yet I still experience FPS loss. -Selecting a game mode takes a lot of time, with all the animations happening on the screen. Same with choosing characters, I don't understand how there isn't a game option to remove that. CONCLUSION: -Overall, a great game. If you want to play it, make sure your computer device can handle it.

Its expensive but with the amount of cinematic fights, cutscenes, attacks, and interesting what if scenarios, its worth the price. Online is full of try hards, better just to play with friends. The game performs well and looks great.
