Each "run", you're dropped from the sky with an ear-deafening crunch as you lose most of your health, walking speed is infuriatingly slow, you lose oxygen in the upgrade shop and while reading the guide, so better read fast, you'll run out of oxygen before you can finish reading it. The tools are very weak, and only work in certain way, there's no aiming them besides changing the direction of your character left/right, very few minerals in the ground to find. Each time you run out of oxygen, you'll get kicked into the main menu and you start the groundhog day over again, except all the minerals you've found are gone now, so good luck trying to find anything else underground. The only way to quit the game is alt+F4, no graphics settings (windowed mode etc). Atleast in it's current state I personally do not find this enjoyable or fun.
