I loved this game. It's a shame it got abandoned. It never really had a big playerbase but after some updates that created huge balance issues (and also due to the very slow development pace), that small playerbase moved on and now the game is completely dead. I hope they make a single player version of it some day but i highly doubt it.
servers have been down the last 3 times i tried to play it so it seems it is only of any use if you wish your harddrive had less free space on it but do not want to fill it with something usable
This company has made some pretty sweet games, but unfortunately for me, this one wasn't one of them. I found it didn't quite hit the mark on the turn based execution. Do me a favor, don't do it, don't do it.
Coheed And Cambria — The Second Stage Turbine Blade (2002) Coheed And Cambria
Warning: Microtransaction infested mobile-tier game! This game is infested with a toxic mobile app style cash shop. You will be prompted to and expected to give money to the developers through this cash shop to buy in-game goods so you can play the game.

Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There are no available servers and no player population. This game cannot be played as intended.
"Dogs of War Online"looks exactly like one of thousands of nasty mobile apps infesting the "free" section of Steam, but it's not really free. While I couldn't find this on the app stores, for all intents and purposes this is a mobile app... it has all the same qualities, from the mobile app tier graphics to the shallow gameplay you expect from mobile app cash harvesters. We can't say why this wasn't accepted on the mobile app stores, maybe it's because Google and Apple have QA departments, and Valve has "Steam Direct". This mobile-app-in-exile is basically a ripoff of a tactical miniatures tabletop game called "Confrontation", only worse, and with those disgusting P2W cash shop scam elements that we come to expect from publishers/grifters like Nacon. There's only a superficial game here. The game visuals and the game itself are incredibly shallow... think of them as the cheap, bright, colourful plastic cabinet dress theme on a poker machine at the casino. That's basically what this is. So really, the mobile app "game" is just a veneer, a thin skin wrapped around a nasty, predatory mobile app cash shop. Putting that toxic mobile app monetisation aside... this is basically a mobile app on the wrong platform. I didn't spend thousands on a gaming PC so I could pretend it's an iPhone, and I don't think you did either... this kind of mobile app has no place in your Steam library. While I couldn't find this on the mobile app stores, everything about it looks and feels like it's a mobile app designed for mobile phones... for PC gaming enthusiasts, it's not going to give you a cutting edge PC gaming experience. That alone is enough to disqualify this from any recommendation. We don't spend thousands building gaming rigs so that we can pretend they're iPhones and play iPhone games and mobile apps. The focus of the game is pure PvP, there's no single player content. The developer gambled that other players would be an acceptable substitute for adding storytelling, level design etc to the game. The vast majority of PvP-only games fail because they don't go "viral", and without players, or single player content to add a lasting value to the game, the game dies. Developers must learn that other players are not an acceptable subsitute for adding content to a game. This carries the usual important message that some developers simply don't understand. PvP, other players, are not an acceptable substitute for doing the most important part of your job and adding content to video games. Other players are not the same thing as content. Without single player content to hook players into the PvP mode, it's a pure gamble that your horse will win a race against hundreds of other, bigger, faster horses already running. This game is ancient, it's over 11 years old... it's heavily dated and isn't going to give you a remotely contemporary gaming experience... another reason for gamers to be hesitant about adding this to their libraries. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This game is infested with mobile app store like microtransactions. This is a consumer hostile model that we don't need to see on PC. It's deceptively priced to gouge gamers, and that's a reason in itself to avoid this. Given that this free title won't increase your game collector count, is it worth your time to add it to your library? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. I didn't pay money, but I still feel ripped off.

Dogs Of War Online, klasik masa oyunu "Confrontation"a dayanan çok oyunculu bir taktik oyunudur.
