1/10 Uses Kernel Level Anti-Cheat Easy Anti-Cheat - Requires manual removal after game uninstall WHY THO???
With this game being made by AI generation, it is only fair that my review will also be AI-generated: Review: "Do the Cat" – An AI-Generated Catastrophe "Do the Cat" promises to be an engaging and quirky clicker game, but it quickly unravels into a shallow, monotonous experience that leaves much to be desired. From its uninspired mechanics to its over-reliance on AI-generated art, the game feels more like a forced gimmick than a polished product. First, the gameplay – if you can even call it that – is almost non-existent. The premise is simple: you click, and something happens. But that "something" is usually just a slow progression toward a completely lackluster result. There’s no depth, no challenge, and no meaningful interaction. It's a classic example of a game that could have been fun but chooses to rest on its laurels by offering nothing more than mindless clicking. The progression is tedious, and the reward system is painfully underdeveloped, leaving players with no incentive to keep clicking beyond the first few minutes. The real kicker, though, is the art. While AI-generated visuals may sound intriguing in theory, the execution here is disastrous. The character designs, which are supposed to be cute and charming cats, are nothing short of eerie and unsettling. The AI’s attempt to render these feline figures results in distorted, soulless representations that look more like something out of a nightmare than a fun, lighthearted clicker game. The overall aesthetic feels robotic and unnatural, failing to evoke any of the warmth or charm one might expect from a game centered on cute animals. Another issue is the lack of any real sense of creativity. "Do the Cat" feels like an experiment in the worst sense: a game built purely for novelty value, with little to no regard for actual entertainment. The repetitive clicking and the disjointed art style make it feel like the game was generated more out of convenience than care. It’s hard to shake the feeling that the developers were more focused on the idea of "AI art" rather than making an enjoyable game. This lack of passion is apparent in every corner of the game, from the hollow progression system to the absence of any meaningful content. To top it all off, the sound design is practically nonexistent. There are no engaging sound effects to accompany the clicking, and the music (if you can call it that) is forgettable at best. It’s a game that barely tries to immerse you in its world, making it hard to justify playing beyond the initial curiosity factor. Overall, "Do the Cat" is a tedious, lifeless game that offers little more than a gimmick wrapped in AI-generated visuals. It fails as both a clicker game and a casual experience, and it’s hard to recommend it to anyone who expects more than a hollow, soulless exercise in repetition. If you’re looking for a fun, engaging, or even mildly entertaining game, look elsewhere – "Do the Cat" misses the mark in every possible way.

went from 10 minutes countdown for a box to instantly 100 minutes for a box. I don't even wanna know what the next jumps are, several days? weeks? months? years? decades? Uninstalled. No information about which cats/pictures you already own or whats missing. Clicking is very limited and thus not really useful to speed up the time it takes to receive a new box. I can waste my system resources in a better way. Yikes.
Spyware Warning! This game installs unwanted "anti-cheat" data collection software that must be manually removed, despite having no multiplayer elements. There's no immediate apparent way to opt out. This is completely unethical and reprehensible. Gamers must be aware of the dangers of installing this harmful software and should avoid this completely.

Warning: AI Slop This game is partially or completely made with talentless, soulless AI generated content.
"Do the Cat" is cancer. This is a "loot box simulator" where you get a random AI slop picture, and then you wait until you can open another box to get more AI slop. Intended for future monetization or intended to be converted to an NFT or Steam Marketplace scam game, the timing between "drops" seems to ramp exponentially... and the only rewards are disgusting AI slop pictures. That you can just generate for free yourself if you really like AI slop. The inclusion of a toxic and unwanted "anticheat" data collector that doesn't even uninstall with the game indicates malicious intent from the "developer" of this AI slop garbage. There's simply no justification for their toxic, harmful behaviour. Let's pretend this is a game. As mentioned, this features really godawful, "wrong" looking AI slop instead of genuinely and sincerely created game assets. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating real game assets or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks bad because of that decision. AI slop sticks out like a sore thumb... and it comes across as insulting. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too, and that's glaringly obvious here. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. Even as a free game, this couldn't find an audience. With a peak of only 4 players, it's clear the Steam community took one look and walked away. They literally couldn't pay people to spend time playing this. This "free" game won't count toward your game collection count on your profile. With that in mind, is it something you should still download? This is a "nope". While it won't necessarily cost you money, the time and hard drive space it requires could be better invested in one of the many higher quality alternatives on Steam. The use of AI slop is a direct insult to gamers and real, ethical content creators and artists everywhere.
No matter how many crates I open, I always get the same 3 cats each time. For over half a month. Would've been a great idle game, but with the current state....naaah
#1028
Do the Cat
Naszym zadaniem jest spędzić w grze określony czas by dostać przedmiot do naszego ekwipunku. Niestety nie polecam gier NFT.
Na ten moment dodaje się coś do ekwipunku lecz jest to opcja zablokowana
we always drop the same cats, it's really bad, the game is really badly made, shame on you for not knowing how to put real drop rate
