If your game isn’t saving do the following easy steps. (If can’t press window key while in game just hold the ALT and Tab button at same time) 1: create a character and save the game after your done creating the character or finished playing the game for now. 2: open file explore and go to your SSD or HDD and scroll down to Program files (x86). 3: once your in the program files (x86) folder scroll down and click/open steamapps. 4: once in the steamapps folder click on/open the folder called common than click on than select the game folder called High School Musical 3. 5: once you open the folder of the game click on the folder called SaveGames and you should see up to 8 slots in there and a Steam cloud file. 6: move your save (it will be under slot1 for most people unless you have mutiple saves on the game) and put it somewhere on your desktop where you will remember where it is (DO NOT KEEP THIS IN THE GAME FILE IT WILL BE OVERWRITTEN). 7: once you moved the game save to a safe place delete everything in the high school musical 3 saved file (which means delete the files called slot2 all the way to slot8 and the steam cloud file). 8: after that relaunch the game and if it ask you to create a new save hit no. 9: than go back to the previous steps and delete everything again if they show back up and put your save you saved on your desktop back into the SaveGames folder. 10: than after you put your save back go onto the load your save in the game and you should see your saved game if you did everything correctly. This game is so peak it left me awestruck. The customization options are so amazing and definitely not sexist whatsoever and none of the songs have any racist undertones. The audio is absolutely not ear piercingly loud and you will not need to adjust the screen whatsoever which may or may not crash the game. Also I love the saving in this game. I love how the saves always exist and never disappear. I never once crashed out playing this game and I don't wake up at night hearing "Sharpay and what's his name" over and over again. 10/10 game would recommend to everyone.

if you have problems saving the game just go into your game files go to save games and delete the steam cloud file before you press enter to go load the files for the game- your save will be there. This game is pure nostalgia for me since i had the og ps2 edition with the dance mat i used to play constantly.

este juego no es lo que parece.. yo compre esto pensando que era la pelicula. pero veo que no tiene nada que ver. la premisa de este juego al parecer es distinta a la de la pelicula no hay explosiones como la peli no hay cosas cooool nada nada es una basura nadie en su sano juicio tendria que jugar esto ni un bebe nadie nadie nadie anmdiea es un juego tan aburrido que lo juego dormido y con la punta de mi PO.... So I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to make a review for this game when I first started playing but given I've had one of the experiences of all time, I feel as though I must. Just right off the bat, this game feels like it was made in a medicated nightmare. It flashes random visual effects on the screen whenever it feels and the characters all look... bad to say the least (especially Troy and Ryan). I also feel as though it would be wrong to not mention that this game was very much made and optimized for the wii and there are remnants of that fact scattered throughout this game. The controls are awkward and have no option to change them, there's an entire mechanic that doesn't work because of the lack of motion controls, and the save system requires extensive knowledge of the inner workings of the game to figure out as the system was made with a sd card in mind. This game is also incredibly poorly optimized and will crash frequently. I also should mention not to buy this game at full price as it truly is not good enough to warrant a $20 price tag. I bought the game for $5 and that's pushing it. I also feel the need to mention the actual gameplay sometimes has you going to the rhythm of the background track of a song and sometimes has you going to the rhythm of the vocals (it doesn't tell you which one at any given time and will switch when it feels like it). Without getting too far into the music of this game as I know it's from the movies, most of the songs are very poorly set up to follow the rhythm in a way that feels natural except for What I Was Looking For for some ungodly reason which is perfect and almost makes me see the vision. Speaking of vision, this game has all of the notes move into the edges of the screen so sometimes you just miss a note or you can't tell what notes come first which is just an absolute nightmare. Overall this game is not good. It's flawed in so many ways but also I will die if I don't get Zac Efron's signature in my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ yearbook so the game is good? I'm not really sure honestly so 10/10
