I have over 2K hours on ddv and never had any issues until I brought the storybook vale DLC yesterday and now I can't even get the game to open at all keeps coming up with a box Unity 6000.0.62f1_f99f05b3e950 I've tride validating files still can't get in it's a shame because I love ddv I also play on the switch hopefully developers fix this ASAP because I feel like I wasted $26.97 on a DLC that won't even load.
Great game, so fun especially if your a disney fan! I recommend buying all the DLC packs on sale instead of buying moonstones as you get some with each pack its a great del.

I bought the base game when it was on sale months ago because I am an OG Disney gal. Money well spent! months later and I'm still not bored or feeling any FOMO. between all the mini quests, decorating my valley and the seasonal updates/star paths.. I'm still no here feeling the need to add DLC.. although eventually I will but base game is super fun! plus you are able to gain Moonstones through ingame interactions. Depending on your internet/or computer specs it can occasionally be laggy but I just restart and it runs a little better.. I also find the graphics run smoother on my laptop screen than when I use my additional 23 " curved screen..heads up for those that use a dual desktop setup. Leaving this open to comments if someone has suggestions🤷♀️
Do note before I proceed that I am a way longer player than it is shown. For I also have this on my PS5. I am a long time player. One who was part of a Special Disney Community who got to play this game for free at the before the game was ever released. Meaning I was in their Beta Team. The game back then compared to now was better. The game is very nice and it does bring a bit of fun. Even with the creative one can have when designing the Valleys and Islands. The problem is NOT the Game but more so the handling by the creators, as even Disney be furious to what they've been doing the past few years to the players. The Premium Shop items are always way overpriced (Even be more expensive than a trip to "California Disneyland" when it game to goods at a park). But the main problem is not the high price items, but the way Gameloft has been treating their players. Compared to the A+ Events and Star Paths in the past, this year brings a big F-. Instead of their Events & Star Paths being friendly to everyone (like Disney itself is all for), they are more friendly to only Female Players. And this game has slowly gone down hill because of their "Black Heart" for their Community. Many things are no longer Child friendly either as much of it excludes both Male Players & now Kids. Which is terrible for an "E rated Game'. Even the new Star Path, with the Hercules drop, has 0 Male rewards. Which this part has been happening for 2 years straight. Every Voting for DreamSnap I count 1 Male every 2 sections. Back then, none of this was there. Everything was so welcome for everyone, and even with a big key, "Family Values Love & Vibes", which again Disney is 100% with this aspect. So sadly, despite my 1,000+ real hours of this game, I have to switch my Thumbs Up to a Wreck-It-Ralph size Thumbs Down.
Been playing this game since it came out. Each new addition makes me jump right back in. The characters are as cute as they've always been. Looking forward to seeing what comes to this game further down the line.

One of the coziest uncozy games i've ever played. Beautiful graphics and TONS of free and purchasable content. I've been playing for almost two years and still haven't completed the majority of the base game friendship quest.
