Digipunks 2069

Absolute peak. I never thought Cyberpunk 2077 could get any better. But this game proved it did. This game isn't a joke, it has peak gameplay and peak graphics. I never thought talk to me could ever talk to me. I am very happy.

This game may seem like a joke at first, but it really is one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had the honor of playing. Everything from the story to the graphics to the gameplay is amazing. To start, the story is so well written. Whoever wrote it may as well be the modern day Shakespeare. The commentary on the problems with today's society are expressed wonderfully throughout the entire game. The plot twists are all so unexpected and they truly leave you on the edge of your seat constantly. Every choice you make has an impact on what happens and this leads to everyone having a different experience with the numerous endings. Everything from the hooking introduction to the intense climax was executed so perfectly and it is one of the best stories I have ever seen. Another point the game excels at is character writing. You can tell immediately how much thought they put into the characters for the entire game. Every single NPC is so intricately planned out and every single detail is perfected. The way they dress, the way they talk, and their animations all contribute to their impact on the story and add so much life to the game. Never once did I think one of the characters was written poorly and they all had so much depth. They also went above and beyond when writing out the development for the main characters. The personality changes are all so realistic and add so much to the game as a whole. I also have to commend this game for its incredible character creation. The system is so in-depth and it lets you express yourself so well while still fitting in with the game's style. Every clothing item has such a detailed model that the developers clearly spent lots of time creating. The graphics in this game are also stunning. If your computer can't run the game at high graphics you can customize your experience to fit your liking. At max graphics, the game just looks incredible, you just have to see it for yourself if you really want to understand what it is like. The landscape and city is planned out so well and everything just feels so natural and like it should be where it is. This really helps with the immersion and is one of the game's strongest fields. The final thing I have to point out is the gameplay. The controls are laid out so smoothly and it just feels right. None of the animations feel unresponsive or clunky and the gunplay is just wonderful. The aiming mechanics are much better than most modern shooter games such as Call of Duty or Fortnite. The melee combat is also great. The diversity between the weapons make the gameplay so interesting and you can never really get bored of it. The movement feels very smooth and like you are in complete control the entire time. The driving mechanics are also incredible, much better than something like Cyberpunk 2077. In conclusion, Digipunks 2069 is an underrated and overlooked masterpiece. It is outshined by all these AAA games that don't deserve the spotlight over a game as wonderful as this. It is much more affordable than most games on the market today and if you have the money and time I would definitely recommend this game as it truly changed my life.

This game is a crime against humanity, an act of defiance towards all that is holy. Every second I spent on this game was a second of constant agony, I felt no joy playing this "game" if you can even call this assault towards God a game. I'd shove barbed wire up my urethra than ever get anymore playtime on this stupid horrible ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. I want to blow my own ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brains out thanks to this awful ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. I hope every developer who worked on this game seriously reconsiders their life choices because they have no future if they continue to develop cranium stabbers like these. Not sure if I'd call it a "game". It's really bad, holy wowsers...

Game is definition of Jank. "Missions" are go from one asset flipped person to another, who all have TALK TO ME above their heads and require you to press TAB to go into the menu, click Quest then "Deliver the circuits" Click OK or whatever it says, I already forgot. Every car is a Back to the Future 2 Delorean but they get caught up on the sidewalks or whatever they are and will clip at speed. The collision boxes of the cars don't fully encapsulate the entire thing, so you can walk through the front and back end. Likely a fix to make turning around in the "streets" easier, as you'll become easily confused on where you can and can't go. Then there's the city. Imagine the "gnarliest", most "wicked" late 80s/90s clash-art of pinks and blues and reds, lines and dots and there's your building aesthetic. The layout is haphazard and it's unclear where the roads are. There's raised roads so you'd think the roads were the sidewalk looking things, but I found myself driving mostly on some sand-looking textured ground as I made my way through the buildings on the outskirts. The city itself is lifeless with only a few NPCs (that will stop your car if you hit them), either standing around as "Missions" or one or two walking. I think I hit a pig or something and got 100XP for it, but couldn't tell what happened. So I got out my vehicle, ran past a few beds (?) beneath an overpass, collected a few orange asterisks that had no feedback sound and got inside the one car in the middle of the road (full public domain Cyberpunk Soundtrack playing) and went up the Highway. I needed to get to a place enclosed by a fence so I drove down into it from above, got out of my car, jumped 30 feet in the air (there's a double-jump I think, because cyberpunk bionics), began slowly losing damage for no apparent reason and died. I don't think there's a save because to restart, it sent me back to the beginning. At least there's a full graphics setting options menu, which is nice. And it was cheap so it can act as a curiosity piece but not much else.
