Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Demolish & Build 2018, developed by Noble Muffins, is a construction and demolition simulator that offers players an intriguing blend of open-world exploration, heavy machinery operation, and urban redevelopment. It’s a game that caters to those fascinated by the mechanics of demolition and construction, providing a hands-on experience with various types of equipment as players work to tear down old structures and rebuild a city from the ground up. While it might not boast the highest graphical fidelity or the deepest narrative, it compensates with satisfying mechanical gameplay and a sandbox approach that encourages creativity and experimentation. From the outset, the game places you in the shoes of a demolition contractor tasked with clearing sites for future development. You get access to an impressive roster of vehicles—excavators, cranes, bulldozers, wrecking balls, and trucks—all modeled with care to simulate their real-world counterparts. The control schemes for these machines strike a balance between accessibility and realism, offering a sense of weight and momentum that makes every demolition feel impactful. The tactile feeling of operating a massive excavator or swinging a wrecking ball to bring down buildings is a standout feature that gives the game its core appeal. Visually, Demolish & Build 2018 embraces a functional, somewhat utilitarian aesthetic. The environments are industrial and urban, filled with dilapidated buildings, construction sites, and infrastructure projects in various stages of completion. While the textures and models aren’t cutting-edge by modern standards and can sometimes feel repetitive, the game uses lighting and particle effects—dust clouds, debris, and rubble—to great effect. The realistic way buildings collapse under your machines adds to the immersive quality and provides a satisfying visual payoff for your efforts. The gameplay loop is straightforward yet engaging. Players move from demolition to cleanup and then onto reconstruction, with missions that vary in scale and complexity. Early tasks might involve tearing down smaller houses or clearing rubble, but as you progress, the scope expands to include large industrial complexes and intricate construction projects. This progression feels rewarding and encourages players to plan carefully; demolishing a building without proper preparation can lead to unnecessary mess and inefficiency, which the game punishes. Construction mechanics allow players to place foundations, walls, and other elements to rebuild, adding depth beyond mere destruction. One of the most enjoyable aspects of Demolish & Build 2018 is its physics-based destruction system. The way structures collapse feels authentic, responding naturally to where and how you apply force. Watching a building crumble piece by piece after strategic wrecking is surprisingly gratifying and serves as a testament to the developers’ focus on delivering an immersive simulation experience. On the construction side, operating cranes and other machinery requires precision and patience, presenting a satisfying challenge for players who appreciate mastering complex controls. That said, the game is not without its rough edges. The mission design, while varied, can feel repetitive over longer sessions, with many objectives revolving around similar demolition or construction tasks. The game lacks a strong narrative or character development, which may make the experience feel somewhat aimless for players who prefer story-driven gameplay. Additionally, some of the vehicle controls can occasionally feel awkward or unintuitive, especially when switching between machines or performing precise construction tasks, which may lead to frustration for less patient players. Audio design in Demolish & Build 2018 enhances the immersive atmosphere with realistic engine sounds, crushing debris, and the ambient noises of a busy construction site. The soundtrack is minimal, which works well, allowing the mechanical and environmental sounds to take center stage without distraction. Technically, the game runs fairly well on a range of hardware, though it has its share of minor bugs and camera issues. The interface is functional but could benefit from more comprehensive tutorials or tooltips, especially for newcomers unfamiliar with construction simulators. Despite these minor hiccups, the learning curve is gentle enough to keep players engaged as they gradually master the various aspects of demolition and building. In summary, Demolish & Build 2018 by Noble Muffins offers a niche but rewarding simulation experience that combines realistic machinery operation with satisfying destruction and reconstruction gameplay. While it may not have the polish or narrative depth of larger titles, it excels in providing a sandbox environment where players can indulge their fascination with heavy equipment and urban redevelopment. For simulation enthusiasts looking for a game that emphasizes hands-on control and realistic physics in a construction-themed setting, Demolish & Build 2018 is a worthwhile and engaging experience. The exact same stuff all the time pretty much, wouldnt recommend at all. A lot of better games for that kind of money, even similar ones.
.
Nothing very special. Idea is very good and interesting but it not implemented very good in this. - Not much a real simulation if you waited that so this is more like a arcade game. - Gameplay/controlling/physics etc. is nothing special mostly little bit janky and poor/annoying feeling. - Game got nice amount of content different open world areas/machines etc.. but still got really boring/repetitive after couple of hours play and also graphics mostly very ugly. - But it`s okay time killing/one time through playable game if you don`t wait too much for this game, normal price maybe too much but i got it very cheap in sale so i recommend still.
