Ruin a game studio with the power of performative DEI. In this linear satirical experience, the studio IS going to crash—that’s the point. Your choices just decide the flavor of the disaster. Can you boost your optics score enough to fail upwards before the inevitable collapse?

About

You are the new Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Your mandate? Raise the Culture Credibility Index (CCI). Leadership is panicked, investors are watching, and you have a lot of emails to answer.
Let’s be honest: You cannot save this studio. The ship is sinking, the captain is delusional, and the iceberg is made of good intentions.
This is a linear narrative experience. There are no branching paths to a "happy ending." No strategy saves the studio. Why? Because in this satire, the system itself is the problem. Your job isn't to fix the leak; it's to rearrange the deckchairs on the Titanic so they look more inclusive while you go down.

Field unhinged demands from a caricatural leadership team—from organizing "segregated safe spaces" to policing language with an AI bot.
Choose Your Poison: Will you ruin the team's morale with a mandatory 8-hour seminar or an intrusive personal survey? It doesn't matter! The studio will burn either way, but at least you get to pick the color of the flames.
Manage the Optics: Your choices might not save the company, but they save you. Boost your CCI score to ensure that when the dust settles, you have a shiny Golden Parachute waiting.
Witness the Train Wreck: Watch the studio crumble in real-time through the "Conscious Connect" social feed, where your employees scream into the void about your policies.
1 Hour of Pure Chaos: A tight, focused satirical story about corporate absurdity.
Meaningless Choices (Kind of): Pick A or B to see different funny dialogue, but the destination is always the same: Disaster.
Failing Upwards: The ultimate corporate skill. Can you destroy the product but still get a promotion?

This game is a totally accurate parody of what actually happens every time a company in the gaming space decides to value ESG over every other possible metric of success. I was apparently too nice even as I tried to go full DEI on everything, and only achieved partial "victory". I must try harder to stop those filthy bigoted game devs from having any kind of creative outlet. Onwards comrades!
I have now become the ultimate advocate for all things DEI after playing this game. I can now sense from afar every single microagression, racist comment and overall oppression in the world. 10/10, thank you for the re-education training. In all seriousness, the game is a email sim that pokes fun at the ridiculous nature of the gaming industry today and how a lot of studios function and advocate for ideas and practices that eventually lead to their downfall. Buy it on super sale.
Ever wondered what it is like to work at a woke games company? Now is your chance! You take on the role of the totally necessary DEI Manager and your decisions will help make the new game launch, and therefore the company, a complete success! No really... My only complaint would be that the review scores at release from IGN, PC Gamer, etc. were totally unrealistic and should have been much higher.
Short simple game but very funny satire. Well worth the low price. Only small complaint is that it is very obvious some of the in-game emails were GPT generated due to the "it's not just X, it's Y" wording. AI disclosure was provided but making it less obvious would make the immersion better. Still had some good laughs from this though.
The only thing I disliked about this game was that it was too realistic.
So many new words in my vocab, thanks to this GOTY (Gender-expansive Onboarding Toward Yield).
should be called "work at ubisoft simulator"
A window that lets you see through the lenses of Overwatch's Team 4, modern-day BioWare during Dragon Age: The Veilguard and any other horrendous dumpster-fire that currently plagues the gaming industry. 10/10, would sabotage again.
Wow it feel like I am working at a gaming company.
A bit too accurate for my taste but I still laughed.
