Defenders of the Last Colony

My overall feeling after playing is good. At first I didn’t get the game mechanics of the campaign, then I realize that is all about charging the colony with the blue things that pop around. Managing to defend the colony while I was gathering the energy was tricky, but the mix of strategy and fast shooter was satisfying. After playing with several ships I prefer the Striker (love the boost, and it’s the only ship with that ability). Local coop was more fun than playing the campaign alone. Graphics are amazing and music is great too. I didn’t mind that I couldn’t change the controls, after all is a twin stick shooter, it plays as you can expect from a twin stick shooter. I didn’t have any troubles playing with my 360 or xbox one wireless controller (it also works with Steam controller). It seems that devs addressed the crash and skip intro problems, which is always nice. It can have some fps drops if there are too many units on screen, but usually you take care of the enemies before that happens. Despite some design flaws, I like when indie devs mix up different game genres. My feeling is that this game could have more juice, but it’s not a bad game, it’s worth to checking out.

El juego tiene mucho potencial. Me encanta la mezcla de atacar y al mismo tiempo estar pendiente de defender tu colonia. El hecho de que haya varios tipos de personajes me ha gustado mucho, cambia bastante la forma de jugar de uno a otro. La música está genial, acompaña mucho la acción frenética del juego. Los únicos problemas que me ha dado a mí son salidas al menú principal aleatorias y alguna bajada de fps ocasional (que también es verdad que tengo una GTX 580 y los requisitos mínimos ponen necesaria una GTX 660). En resumen lo poco que he probado del juego me ha encantado, si terminan de pulir los fallitos que tiene será un gran juego.

居然有朝一日能勾选免费获取产品的框框233. 还不错的游戏,sbeam上的评价都是英文，懒得看了。 说说自己的想法吧，先给个评分5/10 主要是配置需求高的过分，画面相对来讲也就一般的水平 手柄操作感觉不错，但是有个致命Bug,长按A键自动回到了星图。。。 音乐是游戏的加分项目，电音很嗨很抖腿 游戏性。。。直接就丢上来让你玩也不告诉你要干嘛，我瞎JB突突了5分钟才知道游戏的主要目的。。。 平衡性太差，最少前期是这样，选个工程放一地的炮台，然后慢慢悠悠去收集光球，通关... 看在音乐的面子上给个赞

Genial juego que en principio parece simple pero tiene mucho potencial, es facil de controlar pero dificil de dominar lo que hace que vayas mejorando día a día. Visualmente es genial!, recuerda a antiguos juegos de naves con su vista isométrica pero con unos efectos de luz y de partículas sorprendentes. Las primeras partidas puede parecer simple pero a medida que avanzas y profundizas en el juego llega a enganchar mucho!.

(von WGN erhalten) Leider unspielbar da es laggt (nicht konstant, aber ab und zu ziemlich stark) Ein richtiges Tutorial und eine Level Progress Anzeige wären auch sinnvoll. Steuerung fand ich in Ordnung(hier hätte aber auch ein kleines Tutorial abhilfe leisten können) Musik und Sound leider nicht vollständig anpassbar (oder nur mit wenig effekt) für mich ist das spiel daher vom sound viel zu laut. Ansonsten finde ich das Spiel Grafikmäßig und Gameplaymäßig gut. Eine Story ist nicht (wirklich) vorhanden, Es sei denn man zählt das Intro (das jedesmal spielt wenn man das Spiel startet. Viel zu Laut und Nervig!) als Story Ich hoffe dass die Entwickler das Spiel weiterhin patchen und verbessern, sodass das Spiel ein schönes kleines Gem wird, aber im Moment kann ich leider keine Empfehlung geben

Das Spiel ist etwas speziell eigenartig. Alleine die Steuerung nervt etwas, selbst mit einem Controller. Drückt man eine falsche Taste auf dem Controller, ist man sofort ohne Vorwahnung im Menü. Steuerung nicht änderbar. Gerade der Vollpreis von 10 € ist zu hoch angesetzt. Da man dieses Spiel eher als Gelegenheitsspiel ansehen sollte. Nicht unebdingt ein Top Down Shooter den man gespielt haben muss. Denn für mehr ist es zu simple.

Un juego fácil de aprender y adictivo. Visualmente resulta muy atractivo y la música que lo acompaña lo hace aún mejor. La varias naves de las que dispones al iniciar la misión hace más variada la jugabilidad y mucho más interesante el modo cooperativo. También con buenos efectos visuales (disparos, explosiones, luces...) resumiendo, una buena compra, recompendado al 100%.

This game is just boring. Way too many moments of completely nothing happening. I can't see anyone finding this game interesting.
