Feels way too polished for a student game. If this is just their school project, I need to see what they make next. 10/10 craziness.

Short fast-paced roguelike FPS... But too short... 6/10 More free games: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/45031235-Best-free-hidden-gems-and-unique-game/

i was super disapointed when i got the thanks for playing screen after about 4 levels, but thats on me for not reading the description, this is a super well crafted game and id give anything to see it developed into something endless
Meh... It's ok. Fast and short and plenty replayable. Definitely some interesting power ups. Decent enough music, nothing memorable for me. It's free and a competent student project, so I would be a real Democrat if I did not recommend it for what it is.
DECIDIT is one of literally thousands of student projects infesting Steam. While student projects tend to be better quality than most "amateur" made games, we must still question what value such projects have for gamers. As with all student projects, this isn't really a fully fleshed out game, it's just the result of an academic exercise, and as such it has much more limited value as a game than a professionally developed game would have. Educational institutions should not be using Steam as a dumping ground for homework assignments (especially if the students didn't even pass the course). Sure, it helps their marketing and helps the students feel good about themselves, but this is another case of a business putting themselves before the needs of gamers. This student project is so well done it doesn't even look like a student project. It was quite a large team, but that just shows even more professionalism from a bunch of students who just left 99% of all amateur "indie" developers in the dust. The art assets are simply phenomenal and it's matched with excellent best of breed FPS gameplay. The only thing I didn't like about this was the unfortunate use of procedural generation as a substitute for content. The graphics in this game are really quite good, which at least makes the game look more appealing. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics. Here, you get a reasonably even match (probably a little biased towards the professional, AAA tier visuals), enough to give this a pass. The developer chose not to do the job of a real game developer and create meaningful bespoke levels, narrative based gameplay progression and so on. Instead, they decided that "Procgen IS content!" and lazily tried to use procgen algorithms to create infinite, samey, repetitive, soulless levels, because that's a lot less work. As a result of this poor decision, the game gets tired and repetitive almost immediately. Developers must learn that procgen is a terrible substitute for creating real content. It should not be used as "ez-mode" for content creation, as the developer tried to do here. Well, you can't expect a student project to be perfect. On the matter of pricing and value for gamers, most "free" games on Steam aren't really free. There's often nasty mobile app cash shops, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of shady pricing schemes that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable, or something you might want to spend your time on. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Yes, believe it or not. While this is far from a perfect game, the deficiencies and drawbacks can be overlooked due to the zero up front price and the value you get out of it. It's greater than the sum of its parts, and worth downloading if you're a fan of this kind of gaming experience.
It's very... almost a game. I completed a run on normal in less time than it took me to install the game. I understand that this is a small team project made by students, and there's a lot of style but little at all in the way of substance. The weird thing is it's an arena shooter, you could just *string more levels together* to extend the play time even a little. I'm still going to give this a recommend as encouragement to its creators, and given that it costs nothing, it's more of a curiosity than anything. Replay value is scant, but I'd keep an eye on what these folks work on next, especially if it's a full game of this.
I loved this game! and as wondering if there will be updates in the future!
por ahora solo tiene como 4 salas diferentes con una par de habilidades diferentes, la idea es buena y es un buen juego para el poco contenido que tiene, espero con el tiempo se añada contenido y en cantidad.
