Death Must Die

Very impressed with this game and with the devs. The feel of the game really works, and there's a good amount of characters. I also like the skill trees.

Overall this game is very good. It looks good. The combat is good. The mechanics are good. There's enough weird things to do with your gear and perks to keep it interesting for a while. But my biggest complaint is that there is no way to turn off the intro screens for all the gods. As a Christian, I don't want to see half naked girls all the time when I'm playing a video game. I just wish there was a way to turn them off; or better yet, an option for more appropriate clothing.

Simple, not overly complex. Kill, level up blessing, gear, die, sell, buy, equip, meta, repeat. Despite the simplicity, Death Must Die has that IT factor. I can not put my finger on it but it is a "One More Level" type of game.

Basically, this is a roguelite child of Vampire Survivors and Diablo with quite neat action driven gampley, great pixel art graphics, and Hades-style approach to upgrades as gifts of gods. No general story, but with well-executed loot, inventory, progress, and lots of possibilities of advancing multiple characters. I must say, at the beginning it felt flat and hard, but then... you really feel the progress and power!
