Dead of Night: Supermarket

I had a great time playing this game and found it to be a good deal of fun. Really brought me back to my days of working in a cursed grocery story: the dimly lit backroom where anything could happen, the weird customers, toilets that were always filthy, the manager always checking his watch because you weren't there five minutes early. It's a short game, which is my only real complaint - only because I wanted to keep playing. I wouldn't have minded if we would have started five or six days before to build a little more tension leading up to the incident. Maybe have a few more spooky things going on while you unload some more boxes, have a few more cryptic customers come in. An endless mode would also be fun where you randomly ring up customers while stocking shelves and spooky things continue to happen in the background. スーパーマーケットのアセットそのままにゴマ塩程度のホラー要素を乗せた安上がりな作りなのはまだいいです。価格を考えれば。 しかし４日勤務しただけで終わりという恐ろしく短いストーリーのわりに、とんでもなく起動にかかる時間が長いわ、ゲーム中もずっとCPUファンが爆音でまわってるわ、ゲーム内容よりそっちが怖かったです。 アセット自体がでかくて重いのかもしれないですが…。

[h1]Horror im Supermarkt – leider eher Discount-Ware[/h1] Da ich ein echter Horror-Fan bin und das Spiel gerade im Angebot war, dachte ich mir: Warum nicht mal reinschauen? Man spielt einen Angestellten in einem Supermarkt, in dem seltsame Dinge vor sich gehen. Unsere Aufgaben: Kunden abkassieren, Regale einräumen, Müll rausbringen und den Boden wischen – ganz normale Dinge, die uns vom Manager aufgetragen werden. Was genau in dem Laden aber passiert oder warum sich das Ganze so entwickelt, bleibt leider unklar. Die Story wirft mehr Fragen auf, als sie beantwortet. Zwischendurch gibt’s ein paar kleine Jumpscares, aber echten Horror? Fehlanzeige. Die Atmosphäre hat zwar Potenzial, bleibt aber ziemlich oberflächlich. Ich war in knapp einer Stunde durch, wer zielgerichtet spielt, schafft’s wahrscheinlich noch schneller. Für 2,24 € im Sale okay – aber wirklich überzeugen konnte es mich nicht. Kein Reinfall, aber auch nichts, das besonders hervorsticht oder lange in Erinnerung bleibt. 👻 Fazit: Für Hardcore-Horror-Fans eher enttäuschend. Wer einfach mal was Kurzes zwischendurch sucht, kann's im Sale mitnehmen – mehr aber auch nicht.

Обычные покупатели начинают вести себя жутко, а между бесконечными стеллажами оживает некая потусторонняя сущность. 👍 Плюсы игры Атмосфера лиминальных пространств. Разработчикам удалось передать гнетущее чувство одиночества в огромном, залитом люминесцентным светом супермаркете.Знакомый бытовой хоррор. Механика проверки чеков, монотонный писк кассы и странные посетители вызывают реальное чувство неуютности и тревоги.Низкий порог входа. Игра стоит копейки, не требует мощного ПК и проходится буквально за один присест. 👎 Минусы игры Слишком короткая. Время прохождения составляет от 30 до 60 минут, из-за чего история кажется оборванной.Однообразие механик. Большую часть времени вы просто выполняете монотонные действия симулятора продавца, которые быстро приедаются.Дешевые скримеры. Ближе к финалу проект уходит от тонкого психологического напряжения к банальным и предсказуемым пугалкам «в лоб».Слабый ИИ. Поведение врагов и «сущности» достаточно примитивно и легко просчитывается.

I am glad to have seen a full version of this and happy to finally gotten round to play! It reminded me of Employee of the Month, with the invisible entity, hidden secrets and a past. I feel there may have been different options, like feeding the homeless guy a Bakery treat and different tasks. I liked the style, I had a laugh, I got scared, I had fun and I enjoyed this game! There also wasn't too many jumpscares and some of the customers were funny. I would recommend this to people. However, I do wish there was more to do with the orphanage, like ghosts of children or the staff, and more appearance of the homeless guy. Other than that, thanks to the game dev for the free key! I finished the game in about 45 minutes, taking my time. It's difficult to play in France as it's in QWERTY and you can't change the commands. The French language isn't available either, despite the many possibilities Still, it's easy to get by. The game gets off to a good start with the zany supermarket and its manager. The regular customers also see and hear funny things. We're confronted with supernatural things, with some slight jumpscares, but they're very well done and useful. The tasks are very easy. Nights 2 and 3, however, seem to have been botched, and we don't get to the heart of the matter. A confusing final sequence... A pity. But for the price, it's still a fun and worthwhile experience.
