[h3]It's a decent pixel art rogue-lite auto-battler with the ability to run it in idle mode. The incremental playstyle and sizeable list of unlocks and characters is likely what will keep you coming back.[/h3] The overall gameplay is very simple. The playable area advances slowly with the rest of the screen from left to right. Within that you are free to move around like you want while positioning yourself to maximize damage output based on how your character's auto-attacks work. Once you've accumulated enough energy you can pop your special skill as well. Other than that, there's a button you can press to interact with vendors and the quest board. Your other main priority is picking up experience orbs, gold, and interacting with quest related objectives as necessary. Funny enough, cutting grass is one of the quest objectives! As you stockpile gold, you can use it to buy buffs/stats/effects as well as unlock NPCs and special modes. So while it might go slow at first, once you apply some key unlocks to improve your survivability the runs will start going a lot better and the gains will keep flowing in. My two main bits of feedback are as follows: [quote] [b]#1[/b] - Make the experience orb pickup smoother and more reliable. Even when I'm manually controlling one of the characters it takes way too long for an orb to get picked up. Sometimes I even have to walk over a cluster multiple times to get them all. It's no wonder when I'm watching an idle run I see piles and piles of orbs that never even get picked up. [b]#2[/b] - Incorporate some form of damage output stats broken out by each character at the end of the run. This would help players optimize their line-up by seeing which characters synergize with others best. [/quote]
