Inspired by the Brothers Grimm fairy tales, Dark Strokes: The Kingdom of Snow is full of magic and wonder. (Developer) A search game with lots of little mini-games, sometimes easy and sometimes difficult, with something for everyone. You also have to solve some hidden object pictures, they are rather difficult, but well done. A story that is good and even exciting. You play a hunter who saves a princess from an uncertain fate at the hands of a snow knight. The main thing here is to find a way to proceed and do so on clear maps with lots of small tasks. They are mostly moderate and therefore easily solvable. The many individual maps are easy to reach by using an overview map, which is provided with instructions. The story is staged almost cinematically. Very linear gameplay. Which is well solved by lots of small tasks. This way it doesn't get boring and it is also lightened up with small animations. Well done. There is also a help function that can be used throughout the game. It ranges from hints and markings to individual step displays to the complete solution of tasks in the mini-games. Very well done. Everything was hand-drawn with a lot of love and much better than the majority of games that are currently available. Games, fun and excitement, what can I say? Dark Strokes: Das Königreich des Schnees wurde durch die Märchen der Brüder Grimm inspiriert und ist voller Magie und Wunder. (Entwickler) Ein Suchspiel mit vielen kleinen Minispielen, diese sind mal leicht mal schwer, für jeden was dabei. Auch einige Wimmelbilder musst du Lösen, sie sind eher schwer, aber gut gemacht. Eine Geschichte die gut und sogar spannend ist. Du spielst ein Jäger der eine Prinzessin vor einem ungewissen Schicksal aus den Händen eines Schneeritters rettet. Hier geht es in der Hauptsache darum ein Weg zu finden wie es denn weiter geht und das auf übersichtlichen Karten mit sehr vielen kleinen Aufgaben. Sie sind überwiegend moderat und somit gut lösbar. Die vielen einzelnen Karten sind leicht zu erreichen, durch die Nutzung einer Übersichtskarte, sie ist mit Hinweisen versehen. Die Geschichte ist fast Kinoreif inszeniert. Sehr linearer Spielablauf. Was gut gelöst ist durch viele kleine Aufgaben. So wird es nicht langweilig und es wird zusätzlich durch kleine Animationen aufgelockert. Klasse gemacht. Es gibt auch eine Hilfefunktion, die im ganzen Spiel nutzbar ist. Sie reicht von Hinweisen und Markierungen, über Einzelschrittanzeige bist zur ganzen Lösung von Aufgaben bei den Minispielen. Sehr gut gemacht. Alles mit viel Liebe Handgezeichnet und sehr viel besser als die Masse der Games die es neueren Datums sonst so gibt. Spiel, Spass und Spannung, was soll ich sagen? A game that takes one of the Fairy Tales (No... Not the anime!) and puts a twist on it... While following different characters. It's... Pretty darn good actually. Mostly because the Developers gave a damn and put a sheep ton of details and care into the game. Example: you can touch a yarn and a little kitty would come out and bat it. Or a lamp and a snail would crawl down. Things you never see nowadays in H.O.Gs. >.> The game is also not as easy and mini-games will make you work for it. Some even require luck! But not that badly. If you stick around for a Bonus Game? There IS no map... :D............... Woo. Achievements? None for Steam. However, the game does have 'em! So you can challenge yourself and get stuffs along with it! It's a good, fun play and I am glad that I got to enjoy it. Thanks ya!!! :> :) :D

Pěkná pohádková příběhová object adventura, které nic nechybí. Určeno pro odpočinkové hraní. Součástí jsou minihry, při kterých potřeba většinou něco přesunovat, též místnosti kde hledáte věci z tabulky. :-) Též navíc můžete hledat zakamuflované vločky, což hru zpestřuje. Po dohrání hry se Vám otevře bonusová kapitola, která je trochu kratší, ale doplňuje příběh do zdárného konce. Proto doporučuji také zahrát, jinak se ochudíte o část příběhu a o další místnosti. Celkově nemám hře co vytknout. Shrnutí: + propracovaný příběh od začátku do konce + spousty miniher + místnosti s hledáním věcí + hledání skrytých vloček + pár příběhových zvratů + bonusová kapitola + pro relaxační hraní Určitě doporučuji.

Good Game, finished it in around 9 hours. Puzzles and HoG were okay and fun, nothing too hard. The maps are nicely implemented, needs more than 1 run to get all achievements imho. The wild cat helping you out was a refreshing and new experience, compared to the most HoGs I've played. I give it 8/10 - they could have made the achievements in Steam, too...

Thumbs up! I think this is one of the better hidden object games. I liked the story and the artwork. I like steampunk and one of the characters you meet is a steampunk airship captain. There’s a mix of different type of hidden object scenes and mini-games. I didn’t like all of the puzzles, but this game has a built-in guide in case you get stuck. It’s a shame that there’s no Steam achievements though.

스노우 왕국의 전설 도전과제만 없을 뿐 넘 재밌고 완성도가 높은 동화나라 퍼즐 HOG! 게임내 업적 두루마리 같은 도전과제는 있습니다. 눈송이 찾기 등등

Es ist ganz cool dafür, dass es schon 11 Jahre aufm Buckel hat^^ Ziemlich easy und die Steuerung war oftmals Millimeterarbeit, aber die Story fand ich doch äußerst ansprechend. Wenn man Wimmelbilder mag, wird es einem Spaß machen :3

a nice well polished HOG that is worth playing pros. nice story bonus chapter ok music ok voice acting nice art ok game play time (almost 3 hours for the main story and more almost 40 minutes for the bonus story) cons very slow talking making it stretch the game play time kinda low resolution over all i really enjoyed this one i think it is really will be worth your time i give it 8/10

Short but very nice story

Pretty standard HOG, it's okay, get it for cheap. There are optional goodies to find in-game, but no reward for doing so, so not very important... There are no Steam Achievements.
