[b] Pretty nice little game. Maybe a 8/10 personally. [/b] It's is simple. The Screen moves from top to bottom and you move by pressing/holding left or right, trying to dodge obstacles and gather multiple different floating items that give you extra points or point multipliers. The Difficulty can range from relatively easy to levels where you are forced to memorize the different sections because it is impossible to first-try these parts except you are a clairvoyant. Nontheless it still gets kind of addictive and does not really make you tired of the game. Espeacially when you want to be the number one score for the level. I also played Geometry Dash before which didnt hook me in like this game did because that game really was a game of memorizing. Anyway, i can recommend buying this game when the price gets a little lower (maybe 5 Euro?) because the current amount of content is not really worth 8 Euros for me (hoping it gets a lot more levels or enable custom levels). Or you get the product for free like myself. I think it would be a pretty nice idea to also implement some kind of endless level divided up in waves where you have to dodge more and more stuff and get the highscore by surviving the longest and/or collecting points inbetween (like in a bullet hell game).

Ich persönlich finde das Spiel echt gut. Es ist eine gute Unterhaltung für Zwischendurch! Auf jeden Fall top!

Eigentlich hasse ich Geschicklichkeitsspiele. Doch die Reduktion auf 2 Tasten, knackigen und kurzen Levels und einer enorm motivierenden Highscore-Tabelle wecken sogar in einem alten Banausen wie mir noch Freude am Genre und natürlich Ehrgeiz. Über gute Punkte freut man sich - ein Crash ist dagegen völlig egal und gehört zum Lernprozess. Fängt man halt von vorne an und versucht, es besser zu machen. D.h. man fühlt sich nicht bestraft, sondern motiviert für einen weiteren Durchgang. Und spätestens wenn man in der Highscore-Tabelle sieht, dass der nächste Platz nur ein paar Pünktchen höher liegt, ist die nächste Runde Pflicht. Tolles Spiel! Kann ich nur empfehlen! PS. Das Intro fand ich ja mal originell - sehr schöne Idee!

Vorweg, ich habe den Steam-Key als Preis bei einem Gamjam gewonnen. Habe aber davor die Freeware auch schon ein paar Stunden gespielt. Drei Worte die dieses Spiel beschreiben? Süchtig machendes Geschicklichkeitsspiel! Das Gameplay ist simple aber die Levels sind einfach bis hin zu Hardcore und wenn ich Hardcore schreibe, dann meine ich auch Hardcore xD Manche Levels schafft man beim zweiten/dritten Anlauf, es kommt aber auch nicht selten vor, dass ich einen Level mehr als 50 mal zocken muss bis ich es schaffe. Aber gerade das macht den Reiz aus. Selbst wenn man das Level dann irgendwann geschafft hat, gibt es immer wieder neue Routen zum ausprobieren um den Highscore nach oben zu treiben. Und das alles gepaart mit rasanter Musik bringt einen zu diesen Momenten, "Hach nur noch einen run" und wenn man das nächste mal auf die Uhr guckt, ist ne Stunde um xD Außerdem rennt das Game für Early Access eigentlich schon Perfekt. Es gibt keine bugs, alles läuft wie es soll. Zudem kann ich das Game auch mit Steamcontroller und Steamlink empfehlen. Funktioniert einwandfrei.

I knew CYPEST in its early phase when it was still a freeware version and I can point out that it is a very addictive game despite not directly facing your rivals. I am very happy that the game has reached Steam, since then the game has many more maps. It is a vertical scrolling game in which you must achieve the maximum possible score by obtaining files and folders that will increase your score. Never forget the score multipliers, they are essential! Graphically it is a simple and fluid game in 2D, I think it is just what you need because its simplicity makes it shine. The handling is very simple, left and right, but this does not imply that it is easy. It has option for two players, very successful if you want to test your skill against another. The section of the soundtrack personally seems to me very successful, they are about themes based on the Demoscene / Chiptune all of them very accomplished and of quality, personally they do not tire me at all, perfect for the theme of the game. You may be frustrated as it is not an easy game but do not fear, it means that everything is going well because you are learning based on your failures. Never throw in the towel because achieving it has a reward! See you on the scoreboards! :)
