awesome artstyle, interesting lore, music that feels a bit strange at first but grows on you over time, especially the final boss song...and non-existent gamefeel. The game handles like I´m playtesting a very early prototype, not a finished product. You´d be surprised what a bit of screen shake and slightly louder sound effects for hits landing can do. Honestly, I really enjoyed the game, I had my fill for the price, as someone who isn´t particularly good at shmups I might´ve found it easy, which is not necessarily a bad thing but these kinds of games rely on mastery to extend playtime, so generally i think it´s better to make things more difficult rather than easier, however, as I went trough other games by the developer I realized that the lacking gamefeel is a universal issue across all of their work and something that I think should be looked into.

gud
Cool bullet patterns, great music, and... a story?! The forgiving shield mechanic makes the game a lot of fun. My only complaints are occasional bullet visibility issues.
Beginner friendly horizontal shooter. Love the style! Took a bit for my to differentiate between the energy dropped by enemies and projectiles but wasn't an issue after 15-30 minutes.
This is really good, even more considering the asking price. The graphics have a very distinctive look, which also makes bullet visibility a non-issue, I can always see everything very clearly. The soundtrack is awesome. And the shmuppy part, well, it's incredibly good. You have a ship with 3 different weapons that you can change as you wish (and you can unlock another 2 ships)... the different weapons don't make a heavy impact in the game - this is not Hellfire - but the system works nicely. The score system is also very simple, you raise your multiplier by using your bomb which spends 100% of your shield. You can raise up to 300% by hitting enemies, and when you get hit you also lose 100% (And also a bit of your multiplier), if you get hit with less than 100% you die (And lose a big chunk of your multiplier). So it's basically changing safety for multiplier, and then try to kill as many enemies as you can. Everything so far is really good, but level design really shines, with excellent and very variable attack patterns. There are a couple of attacks here and there that feel a little unfair as they will get you off-guard the first time you see them, but that comes with the genre. The game has 7 levels, and a full run lasts for about 30 minutes. I 1cc the game both in the Basic and Advanced modes, which are very generous with the shield. Those are great for newcomers on the genre, but experienced shmuppers will have no trouble beating them (though the score system gives you a lot of room to try to improve your score) There's a harder mode where the shield only activates at 300%, and from what I saw, the amount of enemy bullets raise by a lot on this mode, so I'm sure that one is pretty challenging. There's no reason why this game is not getting more love in the shmups community. It's an awesome game, one of the best indie shmups I've ever played in a while.
A good solid shmup! Lots of patterns from enemies and bosses, multiple player ships... all the things you'd expect from a fully-featured shmup. I like that chiptune soundtrack is FM-synth based, like how old arcade games or the sega genesis were, when most other modern indie chiptune soundtracks go for the expected NES sound. Normal difficulty is pretty easy if you've played shmups before, but there are hard and very hard modes. So I'm sure it would take a while to master.
ENGLISH: he game stands out for its originality, both in its artistic design and in the structure of its levels. Each stage has been carefully crafted, with enemies that feature dynamic and unpredictable attack patterns, keeping the experience fresh and challenging at all times. It is a side-scrolling title that, if it had pixel art graphics, would be even more appealing to my taste. However, its current visual style remains interesting, opting for an uncommon minimalist approach. The visual elements seem inspired by cut-out paper and cardboard pieces, a bold artistic choice that few developers dare to explore. On the other hand, the soundtrack is simply spectacular. Every track bursts with energy, enhancing the action and evoking the spirit of classic games like the legendary Thunder Force III by Technosoft. The combination of these elements creates a unique experience that, while it could have taken a different artistic direction, stands out for its boldness and strong personality.
A very good game. The first thing that hit me was the graphical style which I find really refreshing and likeable, especially in the stg genre and it also works well too with no issues of bullet or enemy visibility. The music is also great with those synth tunes and sound effects giving that nostalgic vibe that I enjoy alot. Speaking of nostalgia, the gameplay reminds of older arcade shooters and wears its influences proudly on its sleeve with nods to previous classics such as the Darius series, R-type,a hint of Xexex and of course Truxton , but it also benefits from modern innovations which keep the game playable and fun; there's no nasty checkpoints or wall deaths here and the shipr is constantly fully armed with wepaons and the bombs generate fast. I really like the fact that the bomb system is linked to the ship's shield. Also more modern is the game is very appraochable for all levels of playing skill.No-one who buys this game will be stuck on level 1 or 2 forever. I've seen some reviews online that say the game might be a little too easy but this is relative and I think this game caters well to a wide level of different players+ the dev is already working on a harder level those expert veterans out there and appaerently wil be released soon. In short a great release and well worth buying.
Fun, simple, shmup.
