Collect skulls to finish your run, or if the death of you will finish the run for you. Use those cyborg legs of yours and run, son. RUN!
The Game of The Play
The game is pretty simple: you run down a road containing obstacles, which increase the further you get. You move with the usual W A D, allowing the player to stop completely and pickup skulls, or you just run the entire time and see where it gets you. Further information about the skulls: the player must collect 300 skulls to complete the run, or, so to speak, be victorious. The deeper the player gets, the harder it will get, with more obstacles that will kill the player. The game currently only has one game mode, and it's unclear if there will be more.
Visual & Audio
Visuals The game has no added graphics; it looks like straight out of the oven. Just slap in some walls and floors, along with a character and some skulls and spiky bombs, given no textures other than the standard ones that are made when either making the structures from scratch or using available ones from the internet. Only the floor has a pattern, which is copied onto every tile. The radius is three tiles besides each other, which continue forward as a road. Audio There is some funky music for the background music, but other than that, there is no audio for collecting skulls, for when dying, for running or jumping. Just some alright music.
Pros and Cons

Pros
Gameplay Cons
Price
No Sounds
Visuals

My final little thoughts
The game is very simple, but being so simple as it is, and for the price its for. I wouldn’t recommend trying it. You run, collect skulls, and avoid obstacles. It's like a simpler version of subway surfers, but with a much wider running area. Rating: 5/10 Cyborg marathon

Cyborg Runner is a 3D version of a typical NES scroller. The player grabs the blue skulls while avoiding the hazards which get more abundant as play continues. The game's graphics come across as smallish compared to a scroller. The game has no options for graphics settings and is one size fits all. Play testing on my Lenovo T14 get 4-6 fps suggesting a laptop with a dedicated GPU will be needed to get 60 fps. Probably a GTX 1080 or so would be good at 1920x1080.
Warning: Asset Flip! Cyborg Runner is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unreal Marketplace assets, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took a bare basic Unreal blueprint for a third person action game and dumped a bunch of low effort/placeholder stock assets on it... this is one of the laziest asset flips I've seen from Tero Lunkka, and that's saying a lot based on just how lazy he is as far as asset flip scammers go. It has no value or merit as a real game. Candy games studios/Tero Lunkka have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Nash Racing 2" = Advanced Tuning Cars developed by James Novih
"Candy Renovation" = Renovation Simulator developed by Manudog
"Cyborg Invasion Shooter" = Third Person Shooter Kit developed by Epic Games
"Aliens Dont Exist" = Alien Character - Free Sprite developed by Craftpix
"Candy Golf" = Mini Golf Template developed by GoFlood
"Nash Racing" = Advanced Tuning Cars developed by James Novih
"Fancy the Frog" = Pixel Adventure 1 developed by Pixel Frog
"Lawnmower Game: Pinball" = Pinball Construction Kit developed by Epic Games
"Survival Isolation" = Easy Survival RPG developed by Easy Systems
"The Warrior Of Treasures" = Dynamic Combat System developed by Grzegorz Szewczyk
Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the mid 2000s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 2 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. So, should you buy this asset flip? Is this better than any of the 100,000+ genuinely made games on Steam? Of course not! Cyborg Runner is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Remember that if you buy a game from an unethical developer, you're putting your money at risk.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
This game is really really bad.
Good Game but the achievements are easy to get

It`s pretty good indie 3D endless runner game implemented with a simple looking environment, with nice 5 easy achievements, waiting for you to achieve them. + Easy achievements. + Game has goal, where player need to run and collect 300 skulls to complete game, but that`s too hard to me achieve. + Finnish game developer Tero Lunkka/Valkeala Software/Candy Games Studios, make these awesome achievement games.
