i dont care much for platformers much but overall a fun experience. i think some of the level and enemy designs arent the best but good overall

An sich ein gutes spiel. Es ist halt aber das was ich absolut nicht ab kann. Man muss schnell sein und man muss viel backtracken für extra items und collectables. Für diejenigen die sowas interessiert toll, nur nicht für mich.

One of, if not my favorite 2D platformer. I like pretty much everything about the game. The movement feels very fluid and swift, and is surprisingly reminiscent of Super Mario Odyssey, with the player having a friend as a movement mechanic, which can be thrown and jumped on, used to kill enemies, etc. There are plenty of secrets to find for people who like exploring levels more. The visuals are great, so is the music. Story isn't a focus here, with the usual "someone got kidnapped, go save them" shtick, though there might be more and I just wasn't paying attention. The dialogue is however probably my favorite thing here, along with the movement. There are plenty of characters to speak to, all with different personalities. It's usually not very serious, often being silly, making me want to talk to everyone and hear more. The game took me around 8.7 hours to beat. It is also a great experience on the Steam Deck. Plus there's a giant dawg that you can pet!! very good boy <3
