It says 8th Wonder of the World, but I'm not in the game.

This games coloring is all wrong for me. It's all bright purple and green mixed together and it hurts my eyes. Restarted the game and still doing the same thing.

Dude. This game completely hooked me and blew every RTS/management game I’ve ever played out of the window—and I’ve played a lot of them. Rise of Nations was my mainstay, but after tasting what this game offers, I can’t help wondering if anything else even comes close. The nearest comparisons I can think of are RimWorld and Dwarf Fortress, yet even those fail to capture whatever special feeling this game delivers. The economic depth and city-building systems are incredible. Every single Viking is yours to manage, and watching them run around, live their lives, and do their own thing is endlessly satisfying. My favorite part is setting up supply chains and trade routes across the land—seeing ships come and go, unload their cargo, and move goods into storage never gets old. That said, this game is slow and extremely micromanagement-heavy. If you can’t handle gradual progress and deliberate pacing, this probably isn’t for you. 9.5/10

Cultures 4: 8th Wonder of the World is an old game, but it still has a fantastic atmosphere. For its time, the settlement building mechanics were really enjoyable, and the game could easily keep you hooked for hours. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys classic strategy games.

This game is an absolute slog that buries you in endless, tedious micro-management just to get anything done. You spend half your time babysitting clumsy worker paths, dealing with buried menus, and resetting because a defenseless VIP child died with no autosave. The goofy premise and clunky trade systems make the endless loop feel like an exhausting chore rather than fun. Save yourself the headache and skip this frustrating relic.
