Everything fell apart. People started getting sick… not in a normal way. Now the city is desolate, and the only thing that matters is finding out if your best friend is still alive. You'll have to explore, run, hide, and face the contamination.

Good concept, like the atmosphere and sense of dread, this would be a thumbs down if it weren't for those because the controls....oh my god....I am bread was heaven compared to this, as well as unclear instructions most of the time makes this more a rage game than survival horror. Fix the controls for God's sake.
I like the concept and all that, but the controls and the respawns make the experience less terrifying and suspenseful and more frustrating and annoying. I spent an hour playing the demo because there's a lot of trial and error, like the fuse box that explodes in your face at the first mistake or the metal pipe that falls from the ceiling out of nowhere and splits your head in two. But the save points force you to do the same things over and over again until you get them right. And it doesn't help that the text can't be skipped once you've read it the first time. The inventory system and how you interact with the world is also very awkward and annoying. Here's an example: When you look inside a box or something like that, you have to mark the object you want to take out with little squares, but all the objects look the same and you don't know what's essential, what MIGHT be useful, and what you can't take out; So you'd spend a while tracing everything into little squares to see what's useful or interactive. Also, when you take it out of the box, the object doesn't go directly to your inventory; it falls to the floor and you have to pick it up. In other words, Helen takes the object out of the box, drops it on the floor, closes the box, and then picks up the object she just dropped out of the box to use it later. There's also the fact that to use these objects with the environment, you have to stand next to the thing you need to interact with, go into your inventory, select the object you want to use, and if you're positioned correctly, Helen will use it. However, the message "S to interact" always appears, making you think you have to press S to cut chains or open doors, but you don't; so you'll keep getting the same "The door is locked, maybe the key is inside the building" messages over and over again. Another thing that makes the experience annoying is that it's not very clear which buttons are useful and which aren't. For example, to interact with things, you press S, but to pick up the weapon, you press F, and there's always a "F to drop weapon" message in the corner of the screen. Spoiler alert: there's never a moment when you actually have to drop the weapon. And speaking of the weapon, the game never tells you this, but to fire, you have to press Ctrl to aim and SPACE to fire. Something really annoying that the game has to include are the quick-time events (QTEs) for opening doors with the key. This demo requires you to do absolutely everything, even turning the key to open a door. I assume it's to increase the tension, but I just find it annoying. Just let the character do it on their own. Finally, there's the confrontation with the monster near the end of the demo. This is how you "defeat" it: The monster appears. Go to one side of the stage, preferably the side where the car is NOT. Wait until it appears. Press Ctrl and Space twice to shoot it twice. The monster will catch its breath for a moment. Run to the car, use the metal bar, hold it and release button Z three or four times if you're lucky. The monster will reappear. Shoot it 2 times more. It will catch its breath again. Run to the other side of the stage until the monster returns. Shoot it twice again. Go back to the car and hit it a few more times. Repeat this sequence of events until the car opens and you get the gas. Go to the motorcycle to fill the tank by pressing C repeatedly. The monster will reappear. Go back to the other side of the stage and shoot it twice again. Then go back to the motorcycle to fill it with gas and get out of there. By the way, if the monster catches you once, you have to return to the beginning to do everything again. Annoying and frustrating. Like I said, I like the idea, the designs, and the background music, but the gameplay is a nuisance. I hope the final product improves on that.

Game story is amazing, and grapics are beautifull. However The controlls are completely nonesense and i have next to no idea what to do. I didnt even get passed the first monster where my car was broken down and i had to grab the gun. Am suppose to shoot the monster, run back to my car, beat it with a rusty piece of iron holding Z, stop in the middle, shoot the monster again, run to the other side, shoot it again, run back to my car and beat it with the rusty iron again. And there are NO explanations for this. They dont tell you how to shoot. They dont tell you, you need to use the rusty iron to hit the car. They dont tell you how to stop hitting the car. And if you die you have to start all the way from the moment you crashed the car. You cant skip dialogue you already heard and it all togheter goes from scary quickly to frustrating. I played the same part 9 times because i dont know how to stop using the rusty Iron on the car and there is no controll list either. Its very sad cuz the game itself looks amazing and the story is PEAK but purly because of the controlls and the none existance of save points it makes it very unfun to play. Like am not trying to dissencourage the developer, i know its early access and all. But what am saying is even for a demo this couldh've been handled way better. There are multiple moments where the keys show up for an event like "Press Z to smash car" or something like that so why not just put for something like the gun? I have to press ctrl to aim the gun and again, i get it early access, but just why tho. I dont want the developer to give up cuz once more, this story is absolutly PEAK. But please for the love of god put some manuals somewhere and make it clear what you gotta do.
Buen juego, Me gusto mucho.
spend 2 hours to die at the end anyway.
The story is peak honestly def recommend
this game has so much potential and I can't wait for when it comes out
I like it but couldn't get past the metal bar
Genuinely enjoyable and fun, reminds me a bit of Lone Survivor: The Director's Cut, which is my favorite horror game. I don't get why people are complaining about the controls, I found them fine and adds a bit to panic about. The only issue I would have is that some of the controls like aiming and quitting the interaction with the car or motorcycle aren't told to you, at least, I didn't find the controls for using the gun if there were any. It was probably obvious how to stop interactions, it just took me way too long to figure out. I really look forward to playing the full game, I have high hopes for this
