I liked this demo, but it has several issues. The first one is that you can’t skip the cinematics, and that might end up annoying some impatient players (I’m not one of them lol). The checkpoints are tedious—if you get killed by puzzle traps or even by the collapsing ceiling hitting you, you have to start over, and sometimes that’s pretty frustrating. The last thing that needs fixing is the controls. Having the option to customize them instead of guessing how they work would be a big help.

Very cool concept, but make it so you can skip dialogue and cutscenes, and let the mouse appear on the screen so you can click. Those two missing features make the game feel super uncomfortable. The deaths are also incredibly punishing, it's not fun to hold down Z and C over and over because of a random thing falling on you and killing you, that's not a puzzle its cheap. The animation and story are so good, but the gameplay is like trying to punish me for trying to enjoy the game. Edit: The more I played it the more unbearable it got, genuinely awfully designed control scheme and the fact that you can't skip anything and that every little quick time event takes forever and can't be canceled, makes the fact that you need to restart every single time unbelievably frustrating. Its difficult to even want to play this game, despite it having a cool story and concept. Just straight up frustrating
Good pixel art. But that item search by squares and lack of proper checkpoints are annoying as hell. How are you supposed to know the plank is going to crack your head? You have to complete this chapter, like, three or four times if you're going blind and do everything without mistake. I hope whenever the game is released they will fix all of that.
Really bad game mechanics, and with no explanation. The music and pixelart are good tho.
obtuse and confusing controls explained in troglodyte English. at least it was free. game ends abruptly with the least satisfying ending ever.
You can't skip dialogues or cutscenes, which makes the game incredibly boring and tedious. I only played for 10 minutes and dropped it simply because the game wouldn't let me play; it stuck me in a long cutscene full of dialogue with no option to skip that part and go straight to the gameplay... boring as hell.
Game story is amazing, and grapics are beautifull. However The controlls are completely nonesense and i have next to no idea what to do. I didnt even get passed the first monster where my car was broken down and i had to grab the gun. Am suppose to shoot the monster, run back to my car, beat it with a rusty piece of iron holding Z, stop in the middle, shoot the monster again, run to the other side, shoot it again, run back to my car and beat it with the rusty iron again. And there are NO explanations for this. They dont tell you how to shoot. They dont tell you, you need to use the rusty iron to hit the car. They dont tell you how to stop hitting the car. And if you die you have to start all the way from the moment you crashed the car. You cant skip dialogue you already heard and it all togheter goes from scary quickly to frustrating. I played the same part 9 times because i dont know how to stop using the rusty Iron on the car and there is no controll list either. Its very sad cuz the game itself looks amazing and the story is PEAK but purly because of the controlls and the none existance of save points it makes it very unfun to play. Like am not trying to dissencourage the developer, i know its early access and all. But what am saying is even for a demo this couldh've been handled way better. There are multiple moments where the keys show up for an event like "Press Z to smash car" or something like that so why not just put for something like the gun? I have to press ctrl to aim the gun and again, i get it early access, but just why tho. I dont want the developer to give up cuz once more, this story is absolutly PEAK. But please for the love of god put some manuals somewhere and make it clear what you gotta do.
this game has so much potential and I can't wait for when it comes out
