Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

if you like Xcom but want it medieval. it's not as story rich or tactically indepth but it's a good game to relax to, i'm glad they didn't tie the customization to the gear so you can customize your knight squad to your hearts content
enjoyed it for a good while but it started to become impossible to win. i was playing on easy difficulty and my men were falling like flies i tried normal difficulty on some missions once i got higher weapons and armour but still to hard. quite sad but had to give up as i couldn't progress anymore
The game so far is quite interesting Medieval XCOM Only things i dont like so far are i cant move Multiple troops in same order Like in XCOM as an example, i can send unit 1 to postiion B press tab to select next unit and while Unit 1 is still on the move i can already send out Unit 2 and maybe even 3 on so forth. Currently you have to sit here and wait until they reach there position which isnt horrible but its unnecessary loss of time. The other thing is personal atmospheric Game plays in France kinda during the 100 years war / War of the Roses, but none have either English or French Accents, its just the generic American bs. Its still not bad atm but i cant really recommend it But a thumb down is a bit harsh
It's rare I review games as early as 25 hours in, but after reading the negative reviews before I bought this game, I decided to try it anyway. From the makers of xcom is what swung me. Well, I LOVE it. I currently have 3 squads and am increasing my castle nicely. TBF I'm playing it on as easy as you can get. If you like anything like Xcom I'd recommend it. 62 hours in, great game. I've come across a bug where I can't continue. ATM I havent got it in me restart previous, but I'll see.
Modern gamers can be a prickly, temperamental lot. When a game skimps on options, say taking away a player's ability to save anywhere and forces us to make do only with limited save points, we shake our fists and decry the lack of modern quality of life features. But can the opposite be just as harmful for our enjoyment of something? Crown Wars allows players to save absolutely anywhere they want, even in the middle of a complicated tactical battle. Hell, save after every single move and action, if you want to; the game doesn't seem to care what we do. And as I proceeded through the game and abused the hell out of its save system, I thought to myself "I'm not strong enough to be given this much freedom." For not only was I save scumming to beat the band, but I was also reloading when my attacks were just 1 or 2 points short of maximum damage. And the longer I did this, the less special the rare critical hits felt when I was lucky enough to land them. I was ruining this game for myself and yet seemed unable to stop cheesing the system. Be careful what you wish for... So yeah, Crown Wars isn't short of up to the minute quality of life features but how is the actual game? I love it and am finding the gameplay loop involving tactical battles and building up my own medieval village so addicting, I've not been able to stop playing since grabbing the game at a super sweet sale price a week ago. Just like the save system I've already described, Crown Wars seems to have the perfect number of options in its tactical, turn based battles and RPG character development. Never too many choices to overwhelm a player but just enough to keep things interesting and keep us going for that infamous, elusive one-more-turn. There's probably nothing here that's new or groundbreaking but let's not damn with faint praise a solid, polished, bug-free effort that that's a joy to play. Missions are accepted and so you form your many men into parties and send them on their way. Time passes during travel and interesting things happen even when you're not cracking skulls. A previous party returns and injured men take a time out while they bed down in your chapel and heal. The market restocks its goods once a month. Research is started in your lab and new formulas for different potions, that both heal and damage, are invented and improved. If all your current men are busy with one thing or another, pay to recruit more. Perform training and gain your soldiers new abilities. Even their weapons can be leveled up and thus perform better on the battlefield. Like I said, more than enough options to keep players busy and engaged on and off the field. The missions you send your men on are different and varied, each type requiring different tactics and approaches. Some, like an assassination or a rescue, allow you to just get in and out right quick; perform your kill or free the prisoner and then beat a hasty retreat to the extraction zone. TO BE CONTINUED...
