About

Kliff—having lost his family in all but name—is determined to reunite with the survivors and rebuild the faction.
But on a journey where alliances are forged, dangers abound, and mysterious factions are uncovered, Kliff will meet those who seek to upend the very order of the continent and face a mission unlike any he has ever known.

Welcome to Pywel.

Between destinations, you will come across landmarks, ancient ruins, hidden treasures, and other points of interest that will draw your curisoity to wander. Your journey will also inevitably take you skyward to the mysterious realm known as the Abyss, where a mystical imbalance endangering the world must be restored.

Experience the continent's stories and tales through quests, encounters, challenges, and battles. Roam the lands on various mounts from horses to even a dragon and mechs, and scale cliffsides and walls which you can leap from to glide.
The story of Crimson Desert centers on Kliff. But as his tale unfolds, 2 new playable characters—Oongka and Damiane—will come to join your journey. As these characters become available, you will be able to freely explore Pywel and undertake many quests outside the main story with them. Each character has their own combat style, as well as unique skills and weapons, allowing you to experience the world and its battles in different ways.

On the unforgiving battlefields of Crimson Desert, there is no single path to victory.
Grow your arsenal of skills, weapons, and equipment—and decide how you want to use them. Powerful weapon skills can be paired with hard-hitting bare-hand hits and kicks, as well as a wide range of grapples to create seamless chains of attacks. Acquire weapons like swords, spears, greatswords, axes, dual wields, various ranged weapons, and more, and unleash powerful abilities and elemental enhancements through lethal combinations. Gather resources, cook, fish, hunt, and partake in the other various activities of Pywel for stat replenishment, making your equipment stronger, and more. Along the way, enjoy some leisure time by playing minigames with the locals.
And shaping your daily life also extends to customization. Adjust hairstyles, tattoos, outfits, and more using dyes you brew or pick up along your journey.

One of the WORST games I've ever played. Boring protagonist and characters, with an almost nonexistent story. EVEN THE VOICE ACTOR FOR CLINT SAID IN AN INTERVIEW THAT HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THE STORY. The only salvageable aspects are the open world and the world design. But even those don't matter when there's no INTERESTING LORE to back them up.
Probably one of the best dev's out there to fix and continue making this well built game even better. Highly recommend playing this for the open world experience. The story is mid and could use more depth and emotions for sure. But the gameplay is smooth, fun, engaging, and the Bosses are pretty cool! Enjoy the game!
Возвращаю только потому что все рябит дико.. Карта, субтитры, трава и другое..
7 hours into the game and it still feels like playing intro/tutorial with endless amount of stupid boring mechanics that no one wants in this type of game are being piled on top of you. Until you realize how boring and annoying the actually gameplay is, you are way past the game time that allows you to do a refund. What a scam.
Surface-level slop! Here today, gone tomorrow. To its credit, the game has tons of mechanics, and the open world is large and looks nice. However, - Story is disjointed and forgettable - MC 🗿 total block of wood, other characters are also not interesting - World just feels devoid of depth, although it looks great I wasn't particularly drawn in. Does not reward exploration - Too many mechanics that get introduced and not meaningfully integrated into rest of game - You really feel the AI influence on this game, from assets to dialogue 4/10
Всем кто играл, играет и будет играть в эту игру, уже ничем не помочь, соболезную
Crimson Desert starts by suggesting it has potential. You play thinking there'll be more that the rest of the game will arrive. But it never does, that's all there was. It just never becomes what it could have been. Also, every last puzzle is made by a schizo that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hates you. Don't play it, you'll lose your mind.
Very disappointed. Basic things were wrong with the game from the beginning. I couldn't configure movement keys or remap as I have done in every other game I have ever played on PC. Spent an hour trying to find how to get basic keymapping done and gave up.
10/10 would recommend to others that love to explore. Pearl Abyss is doing everything right. Already Platinum this game on PS5 and when cross-save drop, it carried the achievements. GOOD JOB.
Well.. Where to start.. Its been 400 hrs and finally I completed game and out of Hernand! enjoying atmosphere. This game is everything. Crimson Desert, I can honestly say this is one of the most enjoyable games I've played in years. The world is beautiful, exploration feels rewarding, the combat system is satisfying, and the boss fights are genuinely memorable. There is an incredible amount of content to discover, and it's clear that the developers put a lot of passion into creating this game. Of course, no game is perfect. There are still a few side quests that I'd love to see fixed, and I personally experienced a progression issue that prevented me from obtaining a required crafting material. However, what really stands out is how quickly the development team responds to feedback. The game is updated frequently, and bugs are being fixed at an impressive pace. That's why I'm confident the remaining issues will also be resolved. This is a passionate and talented team that clearly listens to its community, and I truly believe they will continue improving an already fantastic game. Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend Crimson Desert. If you're looking for an immersive open-world action RPG with challenging combat, an amazing world to explore, and hundreds of hours of content, this game is absolutely worth your time. Thank you to the developers for creating such an incredible experience. I'm excited to see what the future holds for Crimson Desert!
