It was a decently fun game. Early on it was kind of slow, but it explored its mechanics decently well. It does definitely have its issues though. There were a few almost softlocks, some things were not explained well, glitches involving the menus, and most annoyingly a completely miss-able event that locks you out of full completion. Maybe get it if its part of a bundle or a sale.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

First of all the game is beautiful. The art for this game is top notch. However, that leads me to the unfortunate side of the game. The game has a huge performance issue (at least it did for me) I don't know if I missed some setting but the game would sometimes run fine but areas such as the swamp it would really be impacted. I played on the lowest settings and even have a good PC to the point where I am a little lost why I had these issues. Maybe I had something in the background that caused it or maybe this game does suffer with performance either way it impacted the game a little. The combat is pretty fun but eventually gets repetitive only being able to really use 2 skills before they run out. The music is amazing, the story is perfect (emotional and very engaging) and the characters are great. Using the vision to control the animals was cool but really really really slow. Some of the animations take forever and sometimes you need to use them multiple times. I will say there's a lot of bugs still in this game from missing music to walkthroughable walls and sometimes you can just skip sections by jumping on some things. There's A LOT still wrong with the game which does make me question how some of them got through the cracks of development. I mean a few times the creatures I was luring got stuck in the bloody walls! However, the game is fun and the exploration of this amazing world is just too good to say no to. I'm pretty sure its a cheap game especially on sales and I think its worth a playthrough. I will say though... The achievements suck.. 1 bugged for me and another is missable and if you do miss it you have to playthrough the whole game again.. So have fun if you go for it and you dont follow a guide :D
It's a fun little game with cute graphics and really enjoyed playing.
Creatures of Ava surprised me with a vast and beautiful world, an exciting take on pacifism, and great characters. A game about exploration, conservation, and wonder, you’re sure to enjoy your visit to Ava. Remember to take lots of pictures.
Wish there was a maybe for this one. It is fun for a bit, but even with the shorter runtime, this game feels too long. The "combat" is just boring and frustrating, the good part is just the exploration and collect-a-thon part. What really sucks though is that this is probably the game with the most missable things ever. Almost everything can be missed as you get locked out of areas. There are story reasons, but honestly, at the end of the day this is a game, and a game should be fun, not annoying and frustrating, which includes locking stuff away unless you play with a guide. Just give a way to get everything after the game ends, no one cares about perfect immersion or logic there, it's a game. You can keep your "story reasons" or just make up something else. This really to me is just bad game design, and I wish games would stop with the missable stuff.
Amazing game. Got it from a bundle and had never heard of it so didn't know what to expect. Made me sob but in a good way
Immersive game with a mysterious plot that keeps pulling me in! grateful i found this one, i thought it would be a smaller game with less in it, and i'm floored at how wrong i was. worth playing! you get to save all the animals Super Metroid style
Good game. Fun, and simple. Kinda short . 14hrs is completing 100% of the game. Optimized welll. Played on SteamDeck LCD.
