If you like calm, cozy, casual games then it’d be a Cat-tastrophe if you didn’t play this one! This game will have you feline chill in no time! A very relaxing game with a decent progression system and for the price it’s definitely worth a try!

Cozy Crunch ist ein relativ simples, aber doch recht entspannendes Spiel. Man steuert eine Fee, die wiederum eine Katze steuert, um Laub zu crunchen. Recht simpel, doch irgendwie fesselnd. Derzeit gibt es lediglich 4 Abschnitte in einem Level, aber doch relativ viele unterschiedliche Laubtypen und Möglichkeiten zum Leveln. Für 3€ ein sehr gutes Spiel!

Heard about this game from a RCE video, and then bought it on sale and roughly 3.6 hours of peaceful, calm, adorable fun later I can say that was $2.09 well spent. Controls take a little getting used to, and I found they work a LOT better with a mouse than with a game pad, but once you get a couple eyesight upgrades things get easier to control. Only technical issue I had with the game was when playing it on one monitor and chatting on Discord on another. After typing a long message to a friend I went back to the game and everything slowed down to a crawl, with like an 8 second input lag, and I eventually had to reboot my laptop. After that, and taking the conversation to my phone, the game ran perfectly fine. Music and sound effects compliment the rest of the game's general vibe very well, and leaping out of a large bush (I honestly thought they were leaf piles until I popped the achievement for getting all of them) to stealth ninja kitty attack a leaf didn't get old. Overall, a solid 8/10 in the genre, and a total 10/10 when the price is taken into account.

J’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé Cosy Crunch. L’atmosphère est relaxante et agréable, les graphismes sont tout mignons, et la satisfaction de sauter sur les feuilles est vraiment là ! La musique, même s’il n’y a qu’un seul thème principal, est entraînante et colle parfaitement à l’ambiance. Le jeu est court (je l’ai fini en 2,4h), mais c’est justement la durée idéale : on ne s’ennuie pas, et les succès se débloquent naturellement au fil de la progression. Il y a plusieurs zones à explorer, avec de nouvelles mécaniques qui se découvrent petit à petit. Le seul petit bémol, c’est que dans certaines zones, les obstacles (comme les flaques d’eau ou les champignons qui ralentissent) peuvent casser un peu le rythme et rendre le tout légèrement moins satisfaisant. Mais ça reste un détail dans une expérience globalement très agréable. Et pour le prix qu’il coûte, c’est franchement très rentable. Je recommande vivement à ceux qui cherchent un jeu tranquille, sans prise de tête, mignon et relaxant.
