Can't 100%, or... If you do.... Get a life loser. Only 1 person has even got to 1/10 of the way to the 100% and it gets exponentially more difficult.... I'll honestly give you 15,000$ if you can.
Harder than it seems like, "just tap the target number" includes finding rotated numbers, Roman numerals, arithmetics, etc. The timer-less mode from the supporter edition is useful for practice. Works great on Steam Deck's touchscreen. One thing that wasn't immediately obvious to me is that the "1" that starts the game is included in the counting, so you start the game proper from "2".

"Count to Ten: Infinity" is really complete garbage, and I say that about a lot of games because they are. But this is even worse, at least most junkware on Steam tries at some point to be a game... "Count to Ten", on the other hand, really is what it says on the box, you just click on numbers from 1 to 10 as fast as you can. But the numbers can be hard to find!!! (not). Clicking from 1 to 10. And someone thought it would be okay to put this on Steam. And charge money for it through DLC. We're doomed as a species. The graphics here are particularly awful, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. It's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. On pricing and value for gamers, this isn't really free as you're expected to pay up $5 USD to unlock content/DLC, the game should not be considered completely unlocked until you empty your wallet for the developer. This is misleading and predatory pricing on a product falsely marketed as "free". Even after that, this still isn't really free as you're expected to pay up more money to unlock content/DLC so you can keep playing. This is deceptive, misleading, and arguably predatory and unethical pricing, and gamers should be aware of this reason to avoid the game. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 4 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
Developer Response!
The developer has weighed in to inform everyone they didn't read the Developer Usage Rules for Steam "partners", or they deliberately ignored the part where Valve says:
Though it may be tempting, not every review needs to be responded to. A developer response will frequently draw more attention than the original statement, potentially turning a small issue into a much larger community discussion. It's also not a good idea to use this feature to refute customer opinions. Your direct attention can be seen as validation or a defensive attempt to silence your customers.
This is a little disturbing as the developer indicates they started stalking me and feverishly reading through my reviews... either just obsession with me on their part, or desperation to try find something in one of my other reviews that would somehow change the objectively terrible quality of this failed "game". Whatever their motivation, creeping on reviewers like this is not okay. The developer, after stalking and harassing reviewers in a disgusting display of anti-gamer, hostile sentiment, then churns out some lies and damning confessions... this garbage is a mobile app! And, therefore, should never have been dumped on Steam. Steam is not a garbage pile for mobile devs to throw their trash on... and yes, this is absolutely a nasty cash grab. The developer lies... they seriously want you to believe they deliberately went through the process of locking content (the developer tries to mislead gamers by calling it "options") behind a paid DLC, preparing and pricing the package and uploading it to Steam in the hopes nobody would buy it ever!!! What complete BS, a disgusting lie from a dishonest and gamer hostile mobile dev. Developers do NOT upload DLC without the expectation people will buy it. This is a for-profit product, garbage dumped on Steam from a mobile dev desperate to get YOUR money for utter crap. And crap this is... while the developer lies and stalks and harasses reviewers, I don't lie and neither does SteamDB... 4 concurrent players is textbook failure from an incompetent, greedy and gamer hostile stalker. The "developer" argues that I review a lot of games, therefore this game review isn't valid or truthful. Huh. If I changed all my other reviews to positive, would the graphics and gameplay of this crap game suddenly improve? No. The developer seeks any possible angle to throw shade at me personally to discredit my review. You can see what they are trying to do. If this was the only review I have ever written, would that change any of the properties of this game or alter the facts contained in my review? Of course not. My reviews for other games have no bearing on the dismal quality of this failed product. Nothing in the developers pointless breach of Valve guidelines changes any of the objective facts of my review. My review stands unaltered. I cannot recommend this garbage, non-free, for-profit mobile app to anyone.
The game is too difficult, so maybe I can't get all the achievements. While I am looking for the correct object, the playthrough always ends ;(
Very fun game
