The cutting is so bad. The food just falls thru the cutting board.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Emmmm......I actually beat the career mode and try my best to make every dish perfectly. It is quite satisfying to see a five-star rating of each serve. BUT I think there are too many bugs despite that the game has been released for quite long time. That ruins the game. I have experienced at least 5 times of stagnant heating bar no matter what I do. It sometimes even doesn't get heated at all. Take the steak with ground coffee and corn dish as an example, I found that if you grill the steak and the corn at the same time, the corn won't be heated at all. After a few trial and error I figured out that you have to grill the corn first and then the steak. Things like this happen all the time and I am not sure if this is related to my PC configuration or not. What's worse, you have very little guide in the career mode. After I reached fame 4 I noticed "cooking school" mode just down the list. Why don't you put this teaching mode in the first of mode selection? Things like cutting mechanisms are often criticized by others so I don't want to leave more comment. If you want a simulation game for cooking, trust me the game is harder than cooking in real life. Some people say this is a zen game for relax but it will most likely raise your blood pressure sky high.
Es ist eine Koch Simulation wo man Kochen kann ob Im Karriere Modus oder im Sandbox Modus aus meiner Sicht kann ich das Spiel Wärmstens Empfehlen.

Cooking Sim is a good game because you can learn how to cook you can make all sorts of meals and if you have DLC's you can have a lot more things to do in the game.
fun game, physics can be a little iffy, and the base game without the DLCs feels more like a demo than a full game, but overall a very fun experience, played darts with knives for hours
When I'm trying to lift up the spatula or rotate it, everything froze and I can't interact with anything. Press any key possible but still no use. Game is all fun though and as I was continue playing, game seems like got interesting up for a moment and yeah game crash... wholesome game btw I've always wanted this game.
Cooking Simulator is a very good game for Campaign players and it offers a really good experience. As for sandbox mode, MASTERPIECE. If you really don't like slow campaign and gradual unlocks, sandbox will keep you satisfied. Also has a nice variety of DLC, and it sometimes can feel like a completely different game. I do only recommend the Pizza DLC, as it is the best one. The other ones are fun too and not to pricey. Good game!
