I messed with the demo before the game launch and was pleasantly surprised! A fun little MAKE NUMBERS GO UP with satisfying sound effects and trying to "solve" each map while balancing the guilds, council quests, and score requirements. I like that I get to preview the map before I select my starting guilds, so I can strategize right off the bat what might be most effective. I bet a Random mode would go hard to go in blind. I also found the art style charming and the lofi music very soothing, as well as the sheer numbers of councilors continuing to be unlocked a pleasant surprise to add bonuses and combos to the lands. Very happy with this purchase.

Game is extremely fun to play. The length of each game is satisfying, but not too long and the ways and options to play give a lot of replay value. Figuring out the tricks to each guild combo is blast and I have enjoyed this game a lot.
Was going to try one run and then 3 hours went by. So much to unlock. I hope it does well and we get updates in the future!
The reviews say it's like a balatro city-builder. The reviews are overwhelmingly positive. The reviews are correct. There are many ways to win, many strategies to try to break the game with, and continuous unlocks of new components based on your progression within a specific strategy drive you to want to try more things. It's a very well designed game that is certainly worth $10.00. Oh and just like Balatro, the music is good too.

WATCH COUNTER GO BBRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! You like finding synergies like in MTG? Looping combos, double dipping triggers? YES. NUMBERS GO UP.
Very Fun game I've been enjoying it a lot. However: - I think the game early shop should be unlocked already from the start. It might feel a bit like a chore for some players. - I think the early game so far has been a lil too ez and for this kind of games i exlect a bit more of a challenge. Ive basically not lost the 1st 5 games (going up each level) and trying new guilds every time. Often i notice i dont do the right play butbi still get away with it with a win. I want to be punished gor my misplays a lil more and learn from those mistakes. Otherwise absolutely recommend this game, very fun to mix different archetypes and the guild voting system is a very nice touch. Love the pixel art too!
Fantastic game with lots of depth, a steal at $8. I love it.
I like it. I've played 35 hours and have almost all achievements. It's very much a euro-style board game kinda game. You put down buildings in the hope of generating points over the long term. You can get combos, and many are strong without feeling overpowered or required. The game is also not painfully complex, but will still test your strategy. Overall, a very well-balanced game. It does feel like it's missing one or two more tweaks to make it addicting in the long term.
