It's a fun game. The concept is interesting. I found the 2nd chapter a little hard on my first playthrough, but had it well down on my second. It's a very learny game and it's part of what makes it fun. There is a nice skip that saves you some time in the 3rd chapter with the first trap. The low-gravity part of Chapter 5 was also a bit weird because of the physics but it still played pretty solid once you got past those first couple jumps. Wish you could skip that cutscene where they finally meet Dukov. RIP Nearon.
Why this game is free? I've seen lots of worse games at full price! The platforming is a bit clunky and sometimes jumping too close to object can have weird interaction but OMG, a 15 years old did all this alone? I can say for sure this guy has a bright future ahead.

really good game enjoyed it
I truly applaud this game's ambition. Making a game on this scale with this level of gameplay variety (and voiced characters and a story!) is no small feat. Even more-so that this game is free! But I feel like its ambition lends the game to show its weaknesses too often, to the point where the good parts don't get a chance to shine. It has good puzzles, I wanted more, but, yeah, I also dipped at that stealth section in Chapter 2. After listening to the developer commentary that the stealth section was reworked 3 times, I think the better move would've been to cut it and make the game more concise. It makes me wonder if the game as a whole would've benefit from having less overall, so the best parts took up more of the playtime. I liked the atmosphere, I liked exploring the city, I loved the character animation and voice acting, and the puzzles were pretty good! I just wish the game played to its strengths better, and I fear its ambition prevented that from happening. But I really hope IcarusDev keeps making more games, I am eager to play more from someone with an eye for overall presentation and narrative in games.
The game is very interesting but there are no clues where to go. I don’t mean that the game should tell you what to do, but it should also indicate where to solve the puzzle. And on the plus side I will also say that the game gives you the tools to solve the puzzle, but you have to solve it yourself.
Great game overall! Nice puzzles, soothing story The only gripe i have is that the physics of the player are.. rather slippery. Another physics gripe is that trying to jump when close to an object you look at, causes you to make small jumps instead of normal jumps. Makes it really hard to (spoiler puzzles)
jump ontop of (multiple) boxes
This was the only thing holding me back. Other than that its a neat game :) Lets hope for Colourblind 2!
It’s seriously insane how one 13 year old asian kid basically invented the puzzle platformer genre and Valve stole it to create Portal. 4 out of 5 stars. (minus one star for using the British spelling of “Colorblind”) UPDATED REVIEW after rage quitting on that puzzle in chapter 2 everyone is talking about: yeah teh jumping is brokee and made me rage quit in chapter 2. The kid is 16 now, so he should be able to come back and fix it while still holding the title of prodigy game developer.
IT WONT ON MY LOWER END PC, why? any way to fix this issue ? every time i try to launch it plays sound but windows gives a app is not responding.
