so a lot of revies pointing out the bad things about the game like its supposed to be AAA 60 buck release. i tested it for a like two hours my self. 500mb download so no time wasted there. this game is FREE TO PLAY with NO microtransactions .... it is really completly free. i don't know how many people are woking on this game but i wouldn't be suprised if its only one person doing his/hers first steps into game dev. so giving that he/she publishes the game what costs as far as i know 100$ on steam and then asking for nothing more then feedback in return is something i can relly respect.

yes the game has no chat
yes the lock on missiles lack bit of friend foe detection
yes the controls are a bit wierd and hard to understand if you are not used to other games that use it -----> EDIT 24.01.16: a recent update changed the controls according to player feedback and they are intuitive now.
BUT its still a basic framework of a game no statisic tracking -----> wich in my opinion is somewhat refreshing , in many other games the stat padding alters the playstyle of the players to much. and to the bombers and interceptors -they are very easy to fly (good for beginners as long as you don't expect W makes you go forward, i was sitting next to a bomber player not figuring out that SPACE activates your main engine before he left) -then to the point ppl say they are OP ... well the have advantages and someone in a bigger ship with not really any expirience can get really upset about them but i had no problem taking fighter/bombers out with the homing missiles (just throw enough missiles at them and the 5 missiles needed to kill them gonna hit after a while) THIS GAME IS 100% FREE AND FOR THAT FACT ITS GOOD ENOUGH so dear DEV keep going keep working on it, you are on the right road.

game is really interesting. just need to fix the controls. i cant stand inverted controls. plus having to hold right mouse button to move camera, then release it just to be able to aim and fire was weird. a tutorial would be excellent. but it seems really well made. i played all the ships and i found all of them to be neat. They need to add more weapons to the bigger ships.
Good, Fun concept. Horrible execution. The menus are near impossible to navigate. Once you stumble your way into a match lobby, there's no autobalance and the ready-up system is just trash. Once you finally get into a game, the controls are confusing and difficult. Maybe with some updates on controls and the interface, it would be fun, but at the moment it's nearly unplayable.
game is actually pretty good it needs a small tourorial on controls but beside that great concept and it can go far if the first part is adressed soon
Developer needs to reconsider some aspects so this game reaches its potential fun. Wasd movement controls while using 1 2 3 as fire buttons is terrible finger ballet. If I'm aiming with the mouse, why not fire with mouse buttons? No ability to lock targets even if it doesn't aim at them. No indicator of effective weapon range. Would be interesting mechanic to let players balance power to engine, shield, weapons . Currently it gives me hope that something could be done with it though. Go look at Fractured Space and borrow from it a bit. It isn't perfect but it's in the direction you're trying to go here.
[strike]Perfect Great Decent Painfully Average[/strike]
☑☑☑ Garbage ☑☑☑

Steam needs to remove dead games from store...
Though without a tutorial, the game is easy enough to learn. It has a camera that is seperate from the aiming, allowing for accurate firing in bigger ships that cameras clipped to the aiming doesn't have. The controls for each class are slightly different and allow for massive specialization and effective game play. There are 5 classes with 2 ships per class, allowing extremely diverse game play! No two games are truely the same!
Ok game, looks nice with a solid gameplay reminiscent of the old Free Allegiance in terms of combat. However the game has far to many flaws for me to recommend this. Pros -Ships Look nice -Decent selection of ships Cons -While ships may look nice the blinding earth and the terrible menu design leave you guessing half the time what you're clicking. -Options menu is hit or miss when trying to bind keys, which for some reason says Num1-5 when refering to the number keys not on the numpad, -Controls are abhorrent, space to toggle forward movement, qewasd for ship movement while using mouse to aim or move In its current state I can't recommend it, I do however in the future hope to see it grow and blossom into a space fighter game on par with if not superseding Free Allegiance.

*Sigh* Now some of you may have seen my last review on this game, I was pretty harsh on it, but by christ it deserved it. The UI was absoloutly god awfaul and the camera, there are no words to describe how bad it was, I have never seen a game like this with a camera this bad. The camera whilst fine on the little fighters and bombers (and to some extent the frigates) made controlling the larger ships all but impossible, you couldn't see where you were going because the camera was stuck behind your ship, so your view was constantly blocked by your ship, this in turn made aiming with the weapons very difficult, which wasn't helped at all by the UI. The UI was just bad, there was no way to see how well you were doing in battle, which enemy you were targeting and the amount of damage you personally were doing to that target was a case of guesswork, the UI and camera certainly didn't help you in that regard, there wasn't any way for players to comunicate with each other which didn't help matters much. Now that review was from when the game first came out and I realised that I was maybe being too harsh on the game, so I start it up again to see how and if it has changed since I last played it, only to find that the game is dead, that's right, dead, there is no one online.
