Cloudy Valley

This has been such a cozy adventure. Now that I finished it I feel like I've been back from vacation. I really enjoyed finding all the secrets and hidden items. Talking to the locals was interesting. Every one of them had a little story to tell. And sometimes even a quest for me. Helping them and seeing how happy they are made me happy as well. I had a lot of fun playing Cloudy Valley. It has its little irks and quirks but I've encountered nothing major. Would definitely recommend it.

Want to love it so badly because I'm a fan of games like a short hike, however there are too many bugs, I've already experienced 2 major bugs in the 38 minutes I've played. The first bug, I got stuck climbing a ladder and couldnt get off, when I finally managed to get off I was stuck in a climbing animation and couldnt progress. The second bug, I talked to the quest giver who was supposed to sell the ticket to me and it wouldnt trigger. For some reason anytime I close the game and relaunch, it says I have to start a new game. Unsure how the saving works in the game. Might revisit the game later if bugs are fixed.

Adorable little game with a lot of heart and kindness at its core. Help Pix find a golden clover for her Papa during her summer camp stay at Cloudy Valley and enjoy a relaxing island scenery with a mellow soundtrack. It has to be said that the game isn't completely bug-free, but the solo dev has been very reactive!

Relaxing little escape that feels like a digital summer vacation. Exploring the islands at my own pace was the highlight, whether I was swimming, climbing, or just wandering along the shoreline. The atmosphere is cozy and calm, with a focus on discovery rather than pressure. I liked how laid back the experience is. There are treasures to find, but nothing ever feels rushed or stressful.

j'ai vraiment envie de recommander ce jeu mais le nombre de softlocks rend l'aventure (qui se veut chill et relax) presque déplaisante..... J'ai eu un bug avec des chaussures de grimpe qui ne me permettait plus de grimper. Très frustant. Bug ?qui réapparait à chaque fois que je quitte et relance le jeu.... Je vais attendre un patch J'espere que le dev pourra corriger ces points car l'atmosphere du jeu est vraiment chouette.

The game looks pretty cool from the outside, and initial impressions are not bad :) That being said, there seems to be a lot of bugs, I can't progress, quest givers and dialogue suddenly stop working, and pickups don't disappear from the world after being picked up, though you can't pick them up again, and I can't figure out how to save, and ive given up on trying to restart the game again. Performance wise, I also wished the game would have run with uncapped framerate, as its (framepacing?) looks a little sluggish

It's pretty buggy right now. I can't recommend the game currently!
