What started with bees later on continued with all kinds of other objects (including a lot of animals, of course). Since there are a lot of cat-based HOGs out there, it was only time the series started using kitties. Beside them we also have to find yarn bowls. Now, this series is pretty easy: each level is cluttered with objects and there are unlimited hints for us to use. Overall, we have 15 levels with nice music accompanying your relaxing searches. My only issue with the series is that sometimes the artworks are rather low-res. Normally, this is not visible but when zooming in you immediately notice some pixelation. Other than that it is a great series and you can start with this one or any other title.

Very cozy Hidden-Object-Game with 15 levels, each with its own theme and filled with hidden cozy cats. I commissioned some cats is well worth it’s price tag in my opinion and perfect when you just want to relax and maybe listen to some of your favorite music while looking for some cats. If you are a fan of the genre. You will enjoy this one :)

[h2]Sinopsis[/h2] Mi Gran Comisión de Gatos (I Commisioned Some Cats), se trata de un juego de encontrar objetos escondidos, perteneciente a una gran colección que destaca por su calidad y abundante contenido. En este juego deberemos encontrar principalmente gatos y ovillos de lana, uno de los juguetes favoritos de estos preciosos animales, a lo largo de varios escenarios dibujados a mano. [h2]Jugabilidad / Apartado técnico[/h2] El juego nos ofrece unas mecánicas simples y directas, básicamente deberemos clicar sobre los gatos y los ovillos que vayamos encontrando hasta conseguir despejar el escenario. Por lo general habrá 120 elementos que encontrar en cada nivel, 60 gatos y 60 ovillos. [/list] [h2]Valoración[/h2] Los juegos de encontrar objetos ocultos se han hecho muy famosos y abundantes en los últimos años, especialmente aquellos donde los gatos son los protagonistas. Eso hace que este título entre en competición con multitud de juegos muy similares. Personalmente me ha gustado mucho el diseño de los niveles, siempre con obras de arte bonitas y de gran calidad. Por otro lado, he de decir que este juego es extremadamente fácil en comparación con otros títulos del género o de esta misma colección, ya que los gatos y ovillos son bastante visibles. Esto hace que encontremos todos los objetos a gran velocidad, reduciendo un poco la vida del juego, aunque debemos tener en cuenta que dispone de 15 niveles diferentes, con 120 objetos cada uno, por lo que la calidad-precio a mi parecer compensa. Superar el juego al 100% me ha llevado algo más de media hora. I commissioned some cats is a good addition to the already large genre of the "finding things" genre. You get 15 levels, with the addition to finding cats, you also have to find yarn balls all levels come with unlimited hints. Overall, I would say this is more of a clicker game than a hidden object game, as majority of the "hidden" items are easy to find. For $3.99, I would say its worth the price if you like these types of games. Pros: - Free Hints - Easy 100% Achievements - I enjoy the feature of the cats disappearing instead of being colored in on the art - Easy to find items - 3 Separate save files for shared devices - Copyrighted Music Warning for creators - Cute Artwork with little easter eggs in them - Cats Cons: - Sometimes when dragging the screen to either click an item or see more of the image, it feels as if the screen is running away from you, which is lowkey annoying as hell. - In a couple of the levels, you can easily spot parts of the art that were failed to be colored in and once you see it, you cannot unsee it. - Level 13 visually hurts my eyes, its crazy pixelated and I felt more inclined to just use hints to find the remaining ones, instead of looking again because it put a strain on my eyeballs. Overall, a fun silly little hidden cat game. I recommend it, if you like hidden cat games (:

I grabbed this game on Steam at a 70% discount, and after earning all 16 achievements in just 47 minutes, I still felt like I might've overpaid. The idea seemed cute, finding hidden cats and yarn balls should've been relaxing, but some of the levels had music so hyped up it felt like I was defusing a bomb rather than casually spotting kittens. The artwork itself was hit or miss. Some illustrations were genuinely charming and enjoyable, while others looked like they were hastily done on someone’s lunch break. Ultimately, it was an amusing but very short experience. Unless you're truly starved for feline-themed hidden object puzzles, even on sale, you might feel this kitty isn't quite worth adopting. 6.5/10
