Very Nice City Building Game, though mods are essential for realistic/good gameplay. Some quips: Bridge clearance in the vanilla game must be at least 7.5 metres for a straight bridge, higher for curved bridges, but a realistic level would be 5-6 metres. Furthermore, Zoning is a bit unintuitive sometimes but recent updates allow you to edit it. Lastly, you are limited to certain road types, though the Road Builder Mod allows for unlimited possibilities. However, other than that it's a very good game.
