Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
About

Raise a city from the ground up and transform it into the thriving metropolis only you can imagine. You've never experienced building on this scale. With deep simulation and a living economy, Cities: Skylines II delivers world-building without limits.
Lay the foundations for your city to begin. Create the roads, infrastructure, and systems that make life possible day to day. It's up to you – all of it.
How your city grows is your call too, but plan strategically. Every decision has an impact. Can you energize local industries while also using trade to boost the economy? What will make residential districts flourish without killing the buzz downtown? How will you meet the needs and desires of citizens while balancing the city's budget?
Your city never rests. Like any living, breathing world, it changes over time. Some changes will be slow and gradual, while others will be sudden and unexpected. So while seasons turn and night follows day, be ready to act when life doesn't go to plan.
The most realistic and detailed city builder ever, Cities: Skylines II pushes your creativity and problem-solving to another level. With beautifully rendered high-resolution graphics, it also inspires you to build the city of your dreams.

AI and intricate economics mean your choices ripple through the fabric of the city. Remember that as you strategize, problem-solve, and react to change, challenges, and opportunities.

Cities: Skylines II lets you create without compromise. Now you can build sky-high and sprawl across the map like never before. Why not? Your city is you.

Your decisions shape each citizen's life path, a chain of events that defines who they are. From love and loss to wealth and wellbeing, follow their life's ups and downs.

Pick a map to set the climate of your city. These are the natural forces you'll negotiate to expand your city amid rising pollution, changeable weather, and seasonal challenges.

Reviews
çok iyi ama Türkçe dil desteği yok, indirimde olmasına rağmen gereğinden çok pahalı ve optimizasyon sorunları var
Game is still a buggy mess, visuals are downright bad and "pixelly" sometimes, content that was included in the original skylines base game is locked behind dlc paywalls now, and of course in true paradox fashion instead of fixing any of the many many bugs they focus on overpriced, underwhelming paid dlc additions

Same day: best DE #26, worst KR #71 · 14 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Of the 5 markets with a position on both sides, 5 climbed and 0 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

this game is miles ahead of the first in my opinion

As many are already aware, this game had a rough start, a really rough start, but thanks to the efforts of the new developers (Iceflake studios) The game is at a state where I would honestly recommend it to others when it's on sale. Firstly, I believe that the addition of the asset editor around 7-8 months ago saved this game, giving the modding community the tools they needed to make the game an absolutely amazing experience has truly transformed the experience, it should have been available at launch but im glad to see it in the game and what the community has achieved with it so far. Secondly the various new dlc's have been a true upgrade over what we got in the past, while many doubted iceflake studios's ability to develop this game into what collosal order sadly failed to do, but honestly so far they have been doing an excellent job and I hope that continues into the future. While these changes are great, there is still one major issue that makes me not want to instantly recommend this game, and that issue is performance. Performance has been a major issue within CS2 for a long time now, while not as terrible at launch, and something Iceflake studio's is aware of and that they have said they will work on it is still important to note this. For reference this game is a real struggle on both my desktop pc which had a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, An RTX 5070 Ti 16GB, 32GB DDR5 6000Mhz And 3TB NVME Storage, and my laptop which has a Ryzen 9 9955HX3D 16 Core, An RTX 5070 Ti 12GB Laptop GPU, 5600Mhz DDR5 And 3TB NVME Storage. Even with specs like these performance is honestly not great, especially with mods where I have seen my desktop drop to fps as low as 20fps, now stock is better ofc but not by much as it also frequently drops below 30fps so in my opinion this is the biggest issue that plagues the game atm, and I hope Iceflake studios can resolve performance isue's in the near future. Now tbf to Cities 2, Cities 1 was also notorious for bad performance so it just seems to be a general issue with the cities skylines franchise.
Meh, i dont really like this game I think CS1 is better beacause Im missing some feautures from CS1 like trolleybusies, monorails, custum parks, natural reserves etc. I think theres not much assets compare to CS1.
Looked and played like crap on my old RTX 2070 Super; now still looks and plays like ♥♥♥♥ on my RTX 3070. 6 FPS at 1440p
This game is finally getting better than CS1.
I hate that you have to buy the DLC to have a complete game.
