This is a really short game and there isn't much to it. Gameplay never evolves, graphically it looks fine but it's always the same, and there is pretty much no narrative until the ending. Speaking of which, feels like it comes completely out of nowhere. This is the first time I've finished playing a game feeling like I'd wasted my time I think it's secretly an early access game

Excellent, fast paced, twitchy shooter and platformer. They may be a dime a dozen nowadays but that doesn't make them any less fun. CICADAMATA" is no exception. And it has an incredible visual style to boot. Very Marathon-esque (the 2026 game). Its mechanics are fairly simple: you shoot, you (triple) jump, you dash and you stomp. It's easy to pick up and learn. The real challenge comes from optimizing your runs to get the DMND ranking. This gives the game a somewhat arcade-y flavour. The game is sensory overload with its beeps and boops and on-screen indicators going wild. Which fits perfectly with the already haphazzard chaotic gameplay. But you can disable some of this stuff if it's too much for you. I do recommend disabling the protagonist's avatar in the interface settings. It takes up a significant amount of screen.

This game is so freaking peak, the movement, the mechanics and the music of the game is just beautiful. I really really recommend this game 100% i really had so much fun with this game

немного не объективный обзор так как от этого стиля очень обильно намокает в трусиках попа там женская есть в игре и прикольно вот бегать стрелять там быстро все и ваще ну круто короче. наверное именно это я и ожидал прочувствовать в ультракиле
