Very much feels like it's inspired by Neon White but it's so much better in practically every way. Movement is better, levels are much more freeform (especially since you chase score not just time), visuals are stellar, audio is amazing, and what story there is is completely optional - you need to go out of your way to engage with it, so if you don't want to you can just focus on the gameplay. Game's great

CICADAMATA is the finished product if Ultrakill and Crack had a kid. It's fast-paced, almost roguelike and very simple. Since I'm a big fan of movement or fast-paced games, I'm in love with this game. Collect stuff, kill monsters, and get out ASAP. In the first 3 missions, it showed all the potential you can do with this game. Very great and nice, wouldn't play though if I had epilepsy. anddd maybe add more Content 11/10 <3

another one of those games that's really fun despite my lacking skill to pull off what a lotta the playerbase can manage

Like Neon White, but feels better mechanically and has a neat artstyle/audio design.
