About
Who is this made for: Gamers who like taking their time to enjoy time manipulation sokoban-like puzzles with a text narrative story. The game starts out with traditional sokoban mechanics and then introduces the time manipulation mechanics at Level 6 (around 20 minutes into the game).
Story: They called it the Time War. A conflict where humanity's greatest achievement, time travel, became its tombstone. Born into a silent world, you are Cygnus, and your father, Kronos, has dedicated his life to one purpose: your training. This puzzle adventure is a series of his lessons (puzzles), each one a challenging test of your ability to manipulate time.
Game: This is a single-player, story-rich (text narrative), time-bending puzzle game. You use time travel to be in two places at once to solve increasingly complex puzzles. With the Chronigma device, you are never truly alone. You record your actions, travel back in time, and team up with your "Past Self" to solve puzzles impossible for a single person. Your success hinges on your ability to collaborate with yourself.
Controller Support: Chronigma supports Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch controllers natively, so no setup needed and Steam Input should be OFF. If you experience controller input not working, double inputs or wrong button icons, try disabling Steam Input (Library → Chronigma → Properties → Controller → "Disable Steam Input") and restart the game.

A fantastic and creative puzzle game. The concept of collaborating with your past selves through time travel is executed perfectly. The game offers highly challenging puzzles with a great sense of progression, where the difficulty ramps up naturally over time. Highly recommended!

Yeah, this is a good and fun game to play. Good puzzles. Good story, good concept of puzzle mechanic. Doesn't take too long to complete the game. Yeah, yeah, it can get frustrating and that's what puzzles' all about.
The sheer volume and entertainment value of this game are incredible, especially considering it is free. The world-building is deeply detailed, allowing me to become fully immersed in the experience. Even the time-travel mechanic—a feature not commonly encountered—is supported by solid hints that effectively guide players toward clearing the game.
10/10 I had a great time playing this game. The puzzles are creative and challenging without feeling frustrating, and the time-travel mechanics make each level interesting and rewarding to solve. The art style and soundtrack fit the game perfectly, creating a relaxing atmosphere while you figure out each puzzle. I also enjoyed the writing and the small story moments throughout the game—they add a lot of personality and charm. If you enjoy puzzle games that make you think while introducing fresh mechanics, I definitely recommend giving this one a try. It's clear that a lot of care and passion went into making it.
Awesome puzzle game
Chronigma is easily one of the most enjoyable free puzzle games I’ve played! The time-manipulation mechanics are super clever and force you to really think outside the box to spot the underlying patterns. What surprised me the most, though, is the story. The deep emotional bond between Cygnus and Kronos gives the game a real heart, and the plot twists kept me completely hooked from start to finish. It strikes a great balance between being relaxing and genuinely challenging.
Great game! Cool user experience, graphic, music, content and much more. Recommended
Chronigma delivers a fantastic experience for puzzle enthusiasts. The mechanics are clever, the level design is sharp, and the game loop is deeply rewarding. It is fully ready for players who love an innovative challenge.
This is an amazing puzzle game where akin to Portal and Portal 2 by Valve, but of course made by fewer developers and without Portals. You don't think with portals int his game, but with Time Travel. I really enjoyed it, the story's good and the gameplay is easy to understand yet complex to master. I believe that everyone should at least give this a try.
