I am a 55 year old biker and trucker father, and probably one of the oldest people playing this game. I am a single father to my Son, who is 15 now. My son got this game for from his uncle, so we installed it on his computer and he started playing. By the end of the week he had 12 hours on this game. This was horrible for me, as it was already hard for me to find ways to spend time with my son, as he is always out with his friends or just watching YouTube. So i decided to make a Steam account and get this game to see if I could maybe play alongside him. I loaded into the game and started playing but I was stuck on what you where supposed to do. I asked my Son for help and he let me borrow his controller. Me and my son then played in turns and I loved it as it was the best time I had spent with my Son since my wife had died. This game has ever since brought me and my son closer again and now we actually spend time together outside the house together as well. This game reminded me that there's fun to be had in everything, and it has brought both me and my son many happy memories.

Belle surprise, une découverte des différentes zones très intéressantes, on découvre au fur et à mesure de nouvelles mécaniques de manière assez intuitive, j'ai passer un très bon moment, bravo aux équipes qui ont travailler dessus !

I think some of the existing reviews are a little unfair. I did get a little frustrated at the puzzles at times, and encountered a couple of glitches that were easily overcome, but I was overall impressed. I don't think the puzzles were ambiguous or opaque enough to demand greater tutorialisation or signposting of the solution - that would defeat the point of them being puzzles. For the scope of the game as a student project, I really enjoyed being in the world, even if there wasn't much world-building or lore to actually know the whys and whats of that world. It was an interesting place to be, even without any real story. Even if the platforming was clunky by modern standards, it just meant a little bit of extra care was needed. The mechanics were interesting and interacting with them and the objects they affected was enjoyable as I worked step-by-step to solve areas. To have 5 key non basic-movement or interaction mechanics (shoot, booster, speed up time, slow down time, doppelganger) that worked well and were kept interesting and varied to use is an excellent inclusion. Run-backs after a fail state were potentially annoying, but there are shortcuts available to be opened that take the sting out of those. I would gladly play a fully fleshed out game in this world with these mechanics. Very minor ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥: Load screens Couple of bugs that a restart fixed Language settings not saving Manual saves not working (but the restart points aren't that arduous)

It's not a bad game but it's just lacks story telling and pointing out literally what to do in puzzles. I was stuck and unfortunately not even a single youtube video showing how to pass lol. Meaning not even the devs played it. Language isn't a problem once you switch on the main menu although there's not necessarily good translation there but still understandable. The only reason I can't recommend is you will simply get stuck with no tips no story telling no nothing but other than that it's acceptable. If you are a type of person that insists on solving puzzles then go ahead and play this one for sure it's fun!
Not only are the controls, both in the menu and the prompts, always in a default language (I think French) regardless of what language setting you select, but the general optimization is pretty trash to boot, even after I went into my nvidia settings to force vsync (cause there are no graphical settings in the game itself regardless) it was still nowhere near as smooth as the trailer.
I say no to this game not for the fact that it is a bad concept. The developers definitely put thought into how the time mechanics work, and after playing it for a few minutes I could see what they were trying to do. There is promise here for puzzle mechanics as a junior or single developer title. My biggest issue, the platforming. I have played N64 games that had better jumping than this game. I have played CD-i games that had better jumping. I just.....do not like the jumping in this game. I was also caught off guard that they just "dropped" me into the game. Normally I like that kind of thing but this one felt so abrupt. When you reset time from a mistake, it does take a good bit of load time to get back to where you were. I have not tried to run out the time of the yellow bar, it might lead to a bad ending? I need to tinker with it more. Would I recommend this? Not in the current state, but if curious about a newer developer testing their skills I say have a go at it. For educational purposes.
