Chaos Combat Chess

Among all the auto battlers I've played, this is the only one where "merging" is optional. It also has a system in which ranked up units can choose their unique bonuses. This allows for many creative plays instead of focusing on ranking up whenever possible. Granted, game isn't perfect but the developers work hard to take feedback and improve upon the game.

It's super easy to play and you don't have to actually buy points in order to get the battle pass. If you want an auto chess that you have a chance of actually winning, I suggest this one.

This is mobile port without any adaptation to PC (keyboard controls, etc.) making game slow and interface forcing you to click so many places, but it shouldn't (as there is no need).

A fun game with an interesting gameplay mechanic. I made it to Queen rank and I think I'm done playing. Edit: Bugs are fixed. It is a bit buggy. Sometimes during a battle, the player names will start shaking similar to when you are rearranging icons on your phone screen. This is an annoying bug because it freezes the game and you have to exit the game and restart and hope you did it quickly enough to get back in in time. Another less impactful bug is when it will go back to an earlier part of the match and replay part of that and then abruptly switch to the decision of the match.
