Great stuff! Just think of it as a 3h movie. I hope that for season 2, if it will ever come, they will also add a male voice to play the males. The lady mimicking male voices is so weird. Also a couple more art scenes for certain parts of the story would be nice because in s1, the lack of enough slides just gave spoilers before the story caught up.

I find the season 1 of the anthology was very well written. As much as I am not the type to read/watch this sort of stuff, I actually sunk into this like a snitch with cement shoes in the 60's. It gave me a lot of insight regarding the lore and the main characters we have in the game/in the background. I also think it serves as a point for just how much love and passion the devs invest into their production.

While the narration and the images themselves sometimes don't fit the text it doesn't really take away from the quality, and the intense tragedy, of the story we are being told. Many of the characters are just good, honest people that don't deserve the terrible things that happen to them. Even [spoiler] Chelsey Trader [/spoiler] who is the main villain of the main game is just a good, well meaning person who happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time trying to do the right thing. Something that just makes [spoiler] her [/spoiler] fate all the more tragic. Final score: 9.5/10. I had to take away a half point for the aforementioned slip ups as well as the fact that there’s no real controls once you’re reading a story. Still, very impressive!

Very solid, does a great job setting up the story for the game. The visuals and voice acting are great. The program this plays in has some bugs and the auto-play bugs out frequently, I'm really not sure why this wasn't just made in Ren'Py. Also, there are times when the art very noticeably deviates from the script, like characters shown holding rifles when it's stated they're holding handguns, characters described wearing masks when they are not drawn with them (and visa versa), and supposedly wireless equipment being drawn with wires coming off of it. It was a bit distracting when watching through and paying attention to the details, but I'm not going to complain too much with how beautiful the art otherwise is.
