Castle Dark

Fun retro SNES-type of game which is really fun if you like this type of game. + Lots of stuff to discover, and nothing felt hidden to obscurity even tho im sure i missed a few secrets + Actual boss fights (not too intricate tho, but still fun) + A Few quests to pick up and complete + Combat for what it is, was fun, a few enemies were frustrating in the beginning until i learned the pattern - Only keyboard controls, and can't rebind keys, got used to the controls fast, but still a minus. - Personally had hoped for more cool spells, i think i found them all, and i wasn't really impressed, gets the job done tho, just wish there were more. - Some items drop-rates are REALLY low, specifically the runes, even if you kill every mob you encounter on your way to finish the game im sure there will be players who won't get all different kinds of runes and thus won't be able to get to the secret last area. All in all, for 20$ i got about 21 hours of fun which i enjoyed(25-40 hours if you want to grind the secret area for more levels and stuff), the story was bare-bones, had enough to keep me interested but nothing to write home about :D, is it worth 20$? debatable.

Another absolute banger from the mad lads at Wolfs Moon Studios! The controls are a little weird to get around but when you do boy howdy! Confirmed buy!

I'm a big fan of all the games from this developer, so of course I immediately bought this one as well. I have to admit, I was immediately delighted. I like the changes to the way you attack and use magic, which is now well controlled with the keyboard. It took me a while to get used to it, but now I'm completely obsessed with the game and recommend everyone to buy it right away and try it out. Well done Shane, you always find ways to surprise us and come up with new and innovative games that are a lot of fun to play.

shane creates great and fun games,but this game isnt for me tried to use keyboard for about 25 still kept useing healing potions, i'm so use to wasd to move and such. keep up the great work shane

Yes Shane did it again great game. i like that we can cook and make food to improve our health and mana, But as a solo player you need to watch out your HP especially when you fight the bigger boss and interchange your spell and heal without missing a turn.Great story line . love the island when we can fish without getting the annoying npc bugging you.Great JOB shane keep it up. What the next game looking forward to more of your game. only thing i dont like is the CT which kind of slow you down.

I'm almost an hour in and I have to say, its another game that Wolf Moon knocked out of the park! Love the effort being put in to try different styles of games and trying to push with each new game! Can't wait to beat this one!
