Reviews
Was hesitant to buy the game because the reviews are mixed. But the game turned out to be surprisingly pleasant. Yes the controls are a little crooked, but it's acceptable.
Not worth paying seperately for. The non-vr version is dull enough.

All kinds of issues. Is this game running dx12? If so we need dx11 to possibly get rid of a lot of these problems (dx12 for vr = trouble). Too bad because this will be a kick ass vr game if the problems get sorted. I have a Reverb g2, 5600, and 3080 ti First off, performance is unacceptably bad for a retro polygon game. I figured motion smoothing always on could help me out, to keep the resolution decent, but it's very stuttery still, something is very wrong with the game engine. 45fps is smooth in other games, but here it'll still stutter. When innately these graphics and gamepace should lend itself a perfect candidate for motion smoothing always on. Once the campaign is started I get welcomed by pitch black screen (with certain UI elements still visible). Game just doesn't render, but tracking and everything works, I can move around, it just doesn't render any textures or objects outside of some reticle, 100% game breaking bug. Solution is to start the game over and over, 10 times or so. - No continuous snap turn option. - Smooth movement is very slow. - Teleport is jank - Snap turning with buttons instead of joystick is a genuinely stupid way of doing it. Thanks htc for making terrible control schemes an option. - Price is too high, and certainly too high at the state it's in right now - even on sale. - Impressively bad performance. - Reset view doesn't lock to horizontal plane (the carrier in this case) for some reason, I've never had a game do that before, it's just weird. - I'm thinking the best way to control this game right now would be mouse and keyboard, with the complexity and how bad the vr movement works. Lot of work to do with VR implementation. Will these problems get sorted?
This game is not for VR you dont have hands everything is wierd the hitboxes are broken everthing is bad
Not a bad game at all, takes me back to the 90's on the 486. visuals are not great, some monitors on the carrier such as the hanger cam is such a low quality i cannot make it out. but the game play has potential, performance on my 1080ti at 5Ghz isn't the best and dose get choppy when in populated areas. But the games still great to play however i also feel the need to point out that the price tag is set to high for where this game is at right now, valued at £15-20. my fingers are crossed for there next release of B17.. now that's a game i'm drooling over!.
Very detailed.
bad vr port
This is the best VR game I have ever played in my life. There are a lot of things I wish could be added to the game but as it stands right now I love it. Usually if I am stressed at work I will play this to get some time off and I really feel like I am there. The game proves that you don't need AMAZING graphics in order to have great gameplay. Lot's of people will say it is too hard or you need a team to play but that is just because they simply don't know how to play the game. Remember that half the population has an IQ under 100, people buy lottery tickets, and Trump is seriously being considered to win the election and you can see why comments like that exist.
Проект называется - мы сляпали VR, и стали продавать, даже не проверяя. Прошло уже 2 года - до сих пор не пофиксен баг, не позволяющий начать новую игру!!! Это просто смешнно! Форум полон возмущений - разарбы не чешутся.
